Chapter 11. You Jelly 

"Good morning" Brian said as he came in my bedroom, "get up" he said and open the shades from the window. "Ahh the light!" I said.

"Come on I'm driving you to school" he said "no.." I said still half sleep.

"We leave in seven minutes" he said and slamed the door, "ugh" I moaned and had to get up.

I threw one causal outfit. "Here" Brian said and tossed an apple as I came down staris.

"Gee thanks" I said and took a bit out of it "okay come on" he said and grabbed my car keys. "Wait what? Why are you coming anyway?" I asked.

"Its a suprise" he said and he made a edgy smile, we arrived at the school and Brian mange to find a parking space.

"Catch" he said and threw me my keys. "Okay what's the surprise?" I demanded "okay...so I'm volunteering at your school" he said and added jazz hands.

Just great now my brother goes to the same school as me. "What! No?! why?" I said "Hey don't worry I won't bother you in fact just pretend your not my sister" he said as we kept walking.

I spotted Katie talking to Adam and she pointed at me which made him look over his shoulder so I just smiled and turned to Brian.

"Ah the dude huh, looks like a jock" Brian said amused.

"Don't you have a meeting or something" I said and he thought for a second "nope but I'm gonna explore" he said and left. Okay he's gone now stay calm.

Then I turned around to see Adam  right in front of me. Not weird at all especially the spacing.

"Hi" I said he was really close to me I had to take small breaths "hey" he said.

I knew we were about to kiss cause he came leaning in but then came-

"Hey Alice! The rebel is back"

I quickly moved back from Adam and so did he.

"Hey Cody" I said "hope I didn't interrupt anything cause I already did" he said and laughed at me while Adam just stood in silence looking at him.

"Ahem so anyway Alice I need help in math" Cody said. He was asking for my help?

"Um.." I didn't know wheather to say yes or no cause both would end up bad. I mean he's alright but don't I get good vibes form him yet.

Also Adam was still here and if I said no that would be mean and I want him to see that I'm nice.

"Why not ask another person" Adam said.

"I don't want to ask someone else I want help from Alice, plus people don't like me" Cody said and I actually took that as a compliment.

"I can see why" Adam said looking him and down.

"Why do you care pretty boy" Cody said and shot him a glare this is not good I didn't know what to do.

"Cause" Adam said
"why you jelly?" Cody said with a little kid voice, I know this is a serious situation right now but I couldn't help but laugh a bit.

"Cody all help you okay, just leave before someone else hates your" I say nudging my head toward Adam. 

"That's all I wanted to hear" he said and left. "You know him?" Adam asked and I turned around to see him.

"Sadly yes..." I said "sorry about that" he said and looked at ground. "Its fine, I found it kinda cute" I said.

"I mean your cute- wait no he was cute uh never mind" I said I think I can the award for most embarrassing person.
