Derek POV
"Hey, what's your name?" I asked. The little girl replied, "Winnie" Winnie asked, "Am I dead?" "No you're not, you have a pulse, that means you are alive, you are alive, okay?" I said. Winnie nodded. I said, "I'm gonna getcha outta here, alright?" The little girl nodded. I told the little girl, "I'm gonna go check on your mom, okay?" Winnie of course, said yes. I said, "Ma'am, I'm gonna get you and your daughter out of your car, alright?" Winnie's Mom nodded as she cried. I went to the other side of the car and pulled the mom and the girl out. I said "I'm gonna go pull the other people out, okay?" The mom nodded. Winnie said "Wait, what's your name?" I turned back to Winnie. "My name is Derek. Derek Shepherd. And if anything happens, tell them my information, okay? I'm Derek Shepherd, I'm a surgeon and I work at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. I'm a neurosurgeon. Tell them that, okay?" Winnie nodded. I ran to the other victims of the car crash and pulled them out. A girl's insides were out. "Hey, I'm Derek, I'm a doctor, I'm just gonna put your insides back in." -puts in intestines- The teen asked "You have any tips about the first kiss?" I replied, "Well, I met my wife in a bar, well she wasn't my wife then but when we kissed, I gotta tell ya, it was like the first kiss, the right kiss. Winnie's mom said "You have any brothers?" I laughed.
