OLIVIA'S P.O.V
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK! What kind of a shitty game is my life playing with me? I came here so that I can keep my mind off Ryan and here I am standing in front of him! I came back to the person I was actually running away from.
"What are you doing here?" I try to sound as calm as I can.
"I moved here." He sighs.
"Oh" that's all I can manage to say.
We stand there in silence for a while. He runs his hands through his messy hair.
"Okay. It is really weird to see you here, Olivia" he says.
"Very weird." We stand there in awkward silence.
"um..I have to go, see you around." He forces a smile and leaves the cafeteria.
I stand there making sense of what actually happened? It was like a one in a million chance of me ending up exactly where Ryan moved. The odds are definitely not in my favour.
Ryan's P.O.V
I leave the cafeteria after a really awkward encounter with Olivia; I mean how in the world is it possible that she ends up exactly where I moved to? I mean this really does not make sense to me, one of the many reasons why I came here was Olivia, and here she is now I can't even keep my fucking mind off her! I drive back to my apartment because my head is not really functioning anyway.
"Hey Ryan, how are you?" Christina greets me as I struggle to unlock my apartment door.
"Confused." I mumble
"What?"
"Nothing" I say and look at her, she is looking hot as ever.
"Okay then, if that door is giving you a hard time than you can come over, i am really bored anyway." She says and walks in her apartment.
I follow her into her apartment,
"I am not intoxicated today" she winks at me.
Christina is so easy to talk to, she is not guarded and she is a very cheerful person. She has this carefree vibe about her that I love the most. It's only been couple of days that I've known her but I can tell she is a happy-go-lucky kind of a person and I can actually be me when I am around her.
"Vodka or beer?" she asks me from her kitchen.
"Beer." I answer.
"Really?" She says annoyance in her voice.
"sorry, I am out of beer, here is some vodka." She sets the bottle of vodka on the table and two glasses.
She pours some vodka in both the glasses and hands me one.
"Bottoms up, little boy!" She says.
I drink my vodka, and place the glass on the table and pour more into our glasses.
We go on drinking our vodka until the bottle in almost empty. Actually, we had a competition who can drink more vodka and unfortunately I lost!
"You drink like a man!" I tell her.
"I get that a lot! But whats so bad about girls drinking more than boys?" She asks me.
"Nothing really, but there are very few girls who can drink like a man and handle themselves." I tell her.
"Oh" She stands up but sits down immediately.
"I am tipsy." She says.
"Tipsy? You are drunk, miss" I laugh.
"You too." And she joins me.
"Do you want to play Xbox?" She asks me.
"Drunk-Xbox? Sounds fun!" I say.
She stands up and slowly makes her way to the tv. I've never been friends with any girl, but Christina is different. She drinks like a man, plays Xbox and I cannot wait to know her more. I feel like she is a female version of me!
We play games for good three-four hours,
"I think I should leave, Christina?" I tell her.
"Are you not hungry?" she asks me.
"Kind of, yea!"
"Pizza!" "Pizza!" We say it together. And then laugh over it.
We walk to this pizza place near our apartment. We talk about football, and hard rock, she is so easy to talk to, I can't believe I am actually having dinner with a girl! That is something really weird to me.
