you were able to say that April was Tyler's favorite month because of how the sun felt and how his plants became beautiful even if they already were and of course that was extremely odd since , come one it was April

for Joshua the complete opposite was that for him this was the hardest month since he has the hard process of training a team of insolent boys who are good for nothing but the good thing was always going back home and finding his perfect boyfriend playing around with the dogs or with his face covered with dirt because of all the time he has spent with his plants

and yes that was Joshua's favorite part of the day, the moment he got home and smiled and kissed and laughed and was just overwhelmed with happiness and he knew he could never get enough of it

but it was only one day that the day didn't go as always, no nothing bad happened , Joshua just had decided to surprise his love with a special gift

it was a big and old wooden piano he had seen on a store window not long ago, and as soon as he saw it he thought of the boy that got his insides all happy and he decided he needed it
so and so he bought it as soon as the sun started rising the next day

and as the store gave him the news that it would be arriving at his home that same day around the midday, he quickly went to training so he could be home by the time the gift arrived

as Joshua was training he noticed that an expensive car had pulled over the camp and was stop in the middle of the field

and all of the questions of who was in the car were answered when the last person Joshua thought would come out of the car came out

the president of the United States of America

yes, Franklin Roosevelt was now standing in front of a shocked Joshua who did not know how to react to the arrival of the man with such a high position in his nation

"mr.president" Joshua saluted as the man stood in front of him shaking his head politely and smiled at Joshua

"please, boy do not salute me so formally" the president said as he felt overwhelmed by the form of respect he was receiving

Joshua only nodded and lowered his hand that had been recently on his forehead

"how could we help you today, mr.president" Joshua said in all politeness and watched as Dallon joined him and the other people

Dallon took his time to salute the president as well and after that they kept walking around the field towards Joshua's office to have a nicer chat

as they reach the big office with a big desk and a chair behind it where Joshua normally sat and he did as well this time and there were two chairs in the other the opposite side of the desk where Dallon and the president sat

after the question Joshua had asked had been answered the mouths of the boy's fell agape and Joshua's hair had stood up in every uncovered part of his body

"we are joining the war?" Joshua asked as he could not believe the recent words of the higher power

"yes, son" the president said making Joshua swallow audibly

and as the president stood from his chair so did Joshua but he thought that Dallon was to much in a state of shock that he couldn't even move and to be honest Joshua was as well and  it took everything in him just to stand up and shake the president's hand

as the president left Joshua plopped back down in his chair and buried his head in his late palms as he couldn't stop shaking his head and he couldn't help the few tears that ran down his cheeks or the annoying sound of sobs that escaped his lips or could he help the scared look that was plastered into his soldier's faces as he told them the saddening news and he could not help the few hearts that were broken when the he told them how soon they would be parting and he couldn't help his heart from breaking when he thought of his only true love

Tyler was a happy peach as he went through his day doing nothing but cooking, feeding ,and watering for his love and his plants and who could forget his beautiful dogs

he was happier when he heard the doorbell ring signing the returned of his older love but as he opened the door waiting to see the beautiful smile of his love he was only met by his tear stained face and his red puffy eyes that were like this because of all the crying he had silently done in his office, all to himself

Tyler became worried at the sight of such a beautiful man in such a disastrous situation, so he just left his love to do what he wanted to do and that was hugging Tyler and of course Tyler hugged back with a sad smile on his face and worried thoughts on his mind

"what is wrong?" Tyler asked gently as he heard Joshua sob and as they pulled away

with another sob Joshua decomposed himself and grabbed Tyler's hand while closing the door and leading his love to their beautiful decorative couch and they both sat down on the soft material

"honey, today we had a surprise visit at camp" Joshua told his love as he ran his thumb back and forth on Tyler's own hand

"who was it?" Tyler questioned adverting his gaze to Joshua's eyes

"the president " Joshua said making Tyler smile fondly

"then why are you so sad ?" Tyler asked frowning with confusion

"well he did come to tell us that our country was going to join the war " Joshua finished looking at a, now, teary eyed Tyler

"oh" Tyler's voice sounded now sore and suddenly it wasn't concerned but sad

Joshua gave a sad smile towards Tyler's direction as he ran his thumb through the pink cheeks that were beginning to be stained with tears

"don't cry my love, you are to pretty to cry" Joshua sad as he embraced Tyler and pulls him tight against his chest

Tyler only shocked his head and with a sore voice he said " how could I not cry ?" making Joshua only nodded understandably and although Tyler couldn't see it he indeed felt it

he did feel the warmth of Joshua's  breath, and he did feel the rapid beating of his heart and he indeed felt the love that Joshua had

and as they knew they would be separated in some days they laid there and took in each other's presence, they took in each other's scent just to remember it when the other was so far away from home

a/n: hey loves, i hope your all doing great and here is a long sad part of the book but i promise i'll make the next one fluffy because the next couple of chapters are not going to be the happiest in tysh land

and also i have another story ( that is not a story but it's a one shot but i placed it lake it was solo story idk?¿)
