"Why don't you just tell him?" Sesshomaru says following behind Karau.
"I can't. He wouldn't understand why I did it." Karau says walking through the trees.
"Then why did you tell me?" he asks annoyed.
"Cause you don't like Inuyasha enough to tell him anything." she laughs.
"Have you remembered anything?" Sesshomaru asks bashfully.
Karau stops, "Slowly, but yes. I'm starting to remember him."
"When do you plan to tell him?" Sesshomaru asks.
"I didn't realize you cared so much, Sesshomaru!!" Karau yells. Sessomaru bows his head, "Forgive me." Karau begins to walk again, Sesshomaru follows closely behind. Shippo quickly flies back to the village.
"INUYASHA! INUYASHA!" Shippo yells as he enters the village.
"Shippo, what is it?" Inuyasha ask coming out of Kikyo's hut
"Sesshomaru is acting like Karau's lap dog and they're planning something big. Plus, there's this big secret Karau isn't telling you." Shippo says.
"Lap dog? Planning something? A secret?" Inuyasha repeats.
"She's probably planning on taking the Shikon Jewel." Kikyo says coming up behind Inuyasha. Sango and Miroku come out of their hut and stand behind Kikyo.
Inuyasha turns around and yells, "She'd never do that, she doesn't care about being a half-demon!"
"You can't trust her Inuyasha, all demons are the same, except for you darling." she says.
"All demons are the same, uh." Inuyasha repeats.
"Inuyasha you know that's not true." Sango says.
"Why don't you keep your mouth shut, slayer!" Kikyo says turning toward her. She holds out her hand and a dark purple ball appears. Kikyo's eyes turn dark and she aims the ball at Sango. Quickly the ball left her hand, Sango frozen in her spot. Like lightning Karau appeared and blocked the deadly blow with her sword.
An evil laugh escapes Kikyo's lips, "I knew you'd show up, Kagome."
"Kagome?" Sango, Miroku, and Shippo question.
"Sesshomuro, get them out of here." Karau orders. In an instant he was there.
"Leave now, get as far away from the village as you can!" Sesshomuro commands.
"We can help!" Sango shouts back.
Sesshomuro gives her a grim look, "This is between Karau and Kikyo." he looks over at the two of them. "It'll all be over by sun rise." Sango catches one last glimpse before running to her hut for her kids and quickly leaving the village. Everyone does the same, in a panic manor. Inuyasha doesn't move, he falls to his knees and watches as the fight begins.
"You should have stayed dead, Kagome." Kikyo taunts.
"So should you." Karau retorts, cutting through the dark purple energy ball.
"You've grown stronger, did Sesshomuro help you with that?" Kikyo says looking past Karau at him. He unsheathes his sword, but Karau puts up her hand, "I will not owe you anymore favors, Sesshomuro."
"What I do, I do of free will not because I wish you to owe me." he says stepping next to Karau.
"Then shall we finish this together." Karau didn't ask, but Sesshomuro still answered. "Yes." They lunge forward together aiming for Kikyo.
