Cyrus

The next day i was on the pack ground training the pack members. There was word from the other packs that hunters had found out about our existance and would strike our packs. I was currently training a teenage groupd when my mom spoke through the mind link.

'Cyrus please come home. Dads at Catlin again,' Collins vooce spoke.

"Training over," i said and heard a series of sighs.

Going out of the pack house i quickly made my way towards my house. My parents lived alone in an independant house with my two younger siblings. If i could i would take my siblings especially my sister to live with me in the pack house. But i knew that with them gone mom would be all alone with dad and God Forbids what he would do to her.

Bursting in through the front door i growled lowly as i heard dad shout from inside. My wolf had resurfaced before i could actually control him. Even though Catlin was human my wolf and i both loved her to bits.

Stalking farwords i turned towards the kitchen. The sight that i saw made me release a loud growl. I was thankful that us wolves lived in packs. Because my growl was loud enough to rattle the windows and doors. Catlin was pushed against the oven with dad hovering over her.

With a snarl i stalked farword and pulled dad away from Catlin. I knew my eyes were pitch black and i was probably on the verge of shifting. But i didnt care. How DARE he hurt his own child? How could you call a person your parent when he didnt treat you like his daughter?

"I am not scared of you beast. Dont think you can frighten me off," dad sneered.

I cringed at the thought of calling him dad. I could smell the alcohol from his face. Stupid humans. They had such a low metabolism. They could easily get drunk while some humans didnt have alcohol tolerance level.

"Then dont you hurt my baby sister," i growl.
"Like you care mutt," dad spat.

I growled at the word mutt. It was offensive to us werewolves.

"Stay. Away. From. Catlin," i snarled
"Who are you to tell me to stay away from my daughter? You cant do that!" He glared at me.
"Parents dont abuse their kids!" i glared at him back.
"Like you know what its like!" Dad glowered
"Oh yeah! If it werent for mom you would have been dead a long time ago!" I growled.
"Yeah well you mutts have it to your disadvantage. You kill anyone who comes in your way," dad spat at me.

I heard someone sniffling and turned to find mom standing in the doorway. My distraction caused this sad piece of a human mate to push me away from him. I staggered back some steps but regained my balance.

"Look what your eldest is doing! He's threatening me to stay away from my own daughter!" Dad shouted at mom.
"Well i wouldnt threaten you if you didnt abuse your own daughter! What kind of a parent does that?" I snarled.
"She hadnt made any food. What the hell was i supposed to do?" Dad shouted, causing me to roll my eyes.
"Shut up. You are just a disgusting piece of shit," i scoffed.
"I told you he would be better of living here instead of that darned pack house. Now look at what your son is doing!" Dad took out his anger at mom.
"You should be thankful that the Alpha didnt baned you from the pack and gave you a respectful position," i said.
"Respectful position? Is this what you call respectful position? I would rather live in a dirt hole rather than living with you mutts!" Dad exclaimed.
"Not my fault that you couldnt do anything productive of your time except get drunk," i said sarcastically.
"See? See what your son has become? I told you you were making a mistake and look what you did!" Dad stated.
"Oh shut up. Why dont you go and find something useful to do instead of getting angry and wasting our time?" I asked.

Dad looked at all of us before he stormed out of the kitchen doorway. I turned to look at Catlin searching for any injuries. Maybe having a human mate myself was a bad option. Maybe i should just reject her. She would turn out to be like dad anyway.

'Dont reject mate,' my wolf whimpered.

Usually he was a wolf who couldnt control his anger. He was a beast. But when you talked about his mate he acted like those whimpy girls on tv.

"Are you ok? He didnt hurt you much did he?" I asked

My anger had somewhat simmered down.

"I am fine," Catlin said, as she hugged me.

I breathed in her humanly scent. Werewolves and humans had a different scent. Whereas Lizzy's scent was honey and rose; Catlin's scent was lemon and strawberry.

"That was too farfetched Cyrus," mom said.
"He needed to be put into place," i said, letting go of Catlin so i could look at mom.
"But he's your father Cyrus," mom began.
"Fathers dont behave like jerks," i spat.

I sighed and closed my eyes. I felt a headache coming on.

"Mom i am going out. See you later."

With that said i walked out of the house. I needed some distraction. I needed someone to talk to other than my friends. And that someone was Lizzy. I was going to Lizzy's house.

Ok! So here you have it! Cyrus had an argument with his dad! Feedback would be appreciated! :)
