Chapter 21

"This is our next target," i said, looking at my two companions.

We were a small hunting group who hunted werewolves. These damn creatures were disgusting. They were always proud of their supernatural strengths. Always saying humans sucked.

Now our target was the Lupine pack. They were so proud of their existance. They hadnt even given us humans a chance!

They said we were weak!

They said we were stupid!

They said we were harmful!

Well i will show them how harmful we were! They hurt my family! MY family! I will show them how hurting is it to be away from your family. Not knowing whats going to happen!

Always been bullied at public places

Always belittled!

Always scoffed upon!

I will show them. I will show them who's boss! Their stuck up ways! Their lifestyles! Just because they can shift into wolves doesnt mean they own the world! I will show them what hurting my daughter meant!

I will hunt down their girls and see them suffer. I will show them what us mere humans are capable of.

"But sir she's a teenager," Andrew said.

I glared at him as he said that.

"So what?" I asked
"I was just saying boss. I mean she got nothing to do with our hunt," he said
"Are you trying to contradict me?" I glared at them
"No sir. Andrew was just giving his opinion," Chase said
"Well dont give stupid opinions where your noses arent required," i snapped
"But sir. Andrew is right though. We cant go hurting an innocent one. Even while wolves they are humans as well," Xander said
"Are you seriously trying to go soft now? Do you have any idea how far we had come? Just as we had earned our business as hunters you are going to back out?" I snarled
"Its just that sir i have a daughter also who is more precious to me than anyone in this world. And andrew has kids to look after as well," he said
"Well you should have thought about all of this first if you were going to chicken out in the middle," i glared at them.

"Sir we arent chickening out but dont you think we should go soft on the females?" He asked.
"Well if we attack their children what if they attack ours?" Andrew asked
"You knew what you were getting yourself into why didnt you think of this before?" I yelled
"Sorry boss. We had no idea our family could be in danger too," Hentley said
"Well your families arent in danger yet. Besides you want to get the money right? So kidnapping is the only way," i sneered

The two of them looked at each other and then back at the photo. The photo was of an 11 year old girl who made fun of my daughter. Just because she was human didnt mean that they could abuse her! And for that they would get payback.

"We are in. Where do we find her?" Chase asked
"At the school. Do anything. Cause a fire alarm or whatever. I dont care. I want this done," i muttered
"Yess boss," Andrew said

I shooed them away so they could work on the assignment. My daughter and sons thought i was a demon. But i had a right. I mean whenever i would find my daughter silently crying it brought me anger.

I wanted my daughter to fight back but my sons didnt let her. I wanted her to fight me. To not cower in the corner like a coward. But i was proud of my sons also. They looked after their sister like she was the most important thing in the world. They protected her.

But their protection was of no use when my daughter wasnt getting stronger. I wanted to prove to those stupid creatures that humans are strong as well. If it wasnt because of my wife and children then i would have gotten them killed a long time ago.

I know that i dont often show gratitude to my family. But my wife-er- mate- does a wonderful job of looking after all of us. I tried to search for a job but of course was always scorned upon.

That always ruined my mood. And whenever i came home and saw my daughter crying it would anger me even more. And i would let out my anger on her. Afterwards i would feel really guilty but i couldnt take my words back.

I sighed and stood up. Deciding to go home early i thought about my behavior. I know my children and wife dont consider me a dad and husband and i was going to prove them wrong. If we just moved to the human society everything would be fine.

But my wife(mate) was born in this stupid pack and so wouldnt leave it. And yes. By pack i mean a pack of wolves. Werewolves to be exact.

I know my older son thinks that i a dont know what being a dad means. But i am only doing this for themselves. So they could have a better chance at having a status in the society we live in. I didnt want my children to be ridiculed every step of the way.

Especially my daughter. I could tell she wishes for friends and all that things girls do together. But no she never got invited to any functions. Always staying at home.

Nothing changed in this chapter either except the last part where this person decided to get something for his children.
Uh oh. Kidnapping? Any guesses who this person might be?
