(Daurin's POV)

"Daurin, Mahal kita."

Tears started forming in my eyes, I felt them running down my face. I couldn't speak and I just kept crying.

"D-daurin? Bakit?" tanong ni Chase na halatang nagaalala.

My knees felt so weak, and I fell to the floor, still crying and rubbing my eyes.

Chase held both of my hands to stop me from rubbing my eyes. He looked into my eyes with so much worry, "Ba't ka umiiyak?"

Sinisinok na 'ko kaka-iyak, Oo nga. Bakit ba ako umiiyak? Bakit? What is this new feeling in my chest nanaman ba?

Oh.

So this is what it feels like to be over-whelmed.

(Chase's POV)

So sinabe ko sa babaeng 'to na mahal ko siya, and she starts crying. Does she hate my feelings this much na to the point na iiyak siya? "D-daurin, bakit?" tanong ko.

I asked her why but yung sagot niya puro hagulgol lang. Natumba na nga siya dito sa sahig.

She kept rubbing her eyes, so I held her hands. And I think I caught her attention. So I asked one more time. "Ba't ka umiiyak?"

Her tears looks like they're stopping, and she was just looking at me with her puffy-red eyes. Haha, cute. But what surprised me is, ngumiti siya.

"I guess I'm just too happy." she said as she hugged me.

W-what? What the fuck? Totoo ba 'to? Daurin.. THE DAURIN WYATT, is hugging me? And telling me na masaya siya?

"D-daurin..?" I nervously called her.

I felt her chuckle. Bumitiw siya sa pagkakayakap sakin, at ngayon ay nakatingin ulit siya sa'kin.

"You made me feel so much emotions. Emotions na bagong bago para sa'kin. Everytime I'd look at you, I would be so aware of myself. You come close to me, my heart beats ten times faster. You talk to me, my face heats-up. And when other girls talk to you, I get a stabbing pain in my heart."

Doesn't that mean she--

She chuckled again, "Akala ko nga may sakit ako, eh. Nung sinabe ko kay Camille tinawanan niya lang ako. Nagmukha pa akong tanga!" medyo natawa na din ako, tapos hinampas niya 'ko. "Wag ka matawa!" ani niya, at nanahimik naman ako.

"Basically, what I'm saying is you're someone who makes me happy, someone who makes me more than happy, honestly. Everything feels like it revolves around you. I don't know how but I fell for you, hard. Take responsibility for turning my world upside-down, Chase Connors!" she said, and pointed at my face.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Totoo ba talaga 'to? I couldn't answer back. And nakatitig lang ako sa babaeng nasa harap ko, babaeng I'd do anything to make her look my way.

Nakita ko siyang biglang namula, and she looked away. "S-stop looking at me, asshole." I laughed, dang that was hella cute.

"Well, I guess I have no choice. I've got to take care of you, then." I laughed again and kissed her cheek.

At kitang kita ko, bigla nanaman siyang namula. Sobra akong natawa!

Pero nagulat ako, nang bigla niya akong ginantihan ng halik sa labi.

fuck, too cute. seriously.

(Daurin's POV)

"Well, I guess I have no choice. I've got to take care of you, then." Ani niya at natawa siya.

May sasabihin pa sana ako, kaso bigla niya akong hinalikan sa pisngi.

At bigla siyang natawa, at naramdaman ko nanamang nag-init ang mukha ko. Kaya gumanti ako. Nilakasan ko loob ko, at hinalikan ko siya sa labi.

Siya naman ngayon ang namumula! Buti nga sakanya.

"I love you, asshole." I said, looking away.

I heard him laugh again, and he cupped my face,
"I love you the most, Daurin."

and then he kissed me, once more.

We went back inside the school, at ngayon magka-holding hands. I wasn't surprised, nagbubulungan silang lahat.

"Oh my god, sila na?!"

"Shet! It's official! Sila nga!"

"She doesn't deserve Chase!"

"He doesn't deserve Daurin!"

"Chase, akin ka nalang!"

"Daurin, ako nalang!"

The school was hella noisy about this situation, I was gonna talk to them nang biglang pinisil ni Chase kamay ko, and I looked at him.

He was just looking at me, and I quickly understood.

"Get rid of that creepy smile on your face!" I said,

"What? Can't I be happy na finally the girl of my dreams, mahal ako?" ngumisi siya, at kinindatan ako.

Namula nanaman ako, "W-whatever!" I looked away, and he laughed. Inaasar nanaman ako neto.

Nang malapit na kame sa classroom, I saw Camille. And nakaawang ang bibig niya.

"Gaga ka!" sigaw ni Camille.

"B-bakit?"

"Ano yang kamay na yan?!" sabay turo niya sa kamay namin ni Chase.

Natawa si Chase, at sumagot naman ako. "Uhm.. K-kami--"

"Kayo na?!" sigaw niya.

"Ah-- Oo." I smiled at her.

Tapos parang gaga tong beastfriend ko, naiyak. At niyakap ako, "I'm so happy for you, Daurin." she said and I hugged back.

"Thank you, Camille." I answered, napatingin ako kay Chase na nakangiti lang saming dalawa.

I'm so happy.
