Germany: It would vary. You and Ludwig would either sit at home, make bratwurst, train, or go see a football (European football) game.
Italy: You and Feli sometimes wander around the cities and hear the stories about Grandpa Rome and the ancient buildings.
Japan: Sometimes, you and Kiku would go to an anime convention and fangirl (+fanboy) over all the anime things there. Or you two would sit around and read mangas.
America: Because you and Alfred were practically twins when it came to personality, Daddy-Daughter days were always doing stupid shît and eating McDonald's later. Occasionally, the McDonald's part would be replaced by a trip to the emergency room,
England: Last time you and Arthur had a Daddy-Daughter Day, you guys ended up stealing a couple goats and your dad nearly got punched in the face by Uncle Dylan (Wales). In case you're wondering, the day DID start normal, but somehow escalated to that. No, your dad wasn't drunk.
Canada: Depending on what was going on, you and Matthew either went to a hockey game or just sat around.
Russia: Because of your dad's child-like nature, you and Ivan usually planned little tricks to play on Putin.
France: You and Francis either go shopping in Paris or have funny fashion shows at home.
Spain: If there's a Barcelona game going on, you and Antonio buy tickets and go to cheer for the team.
Prussia: Pulling pranks on the other nations (Except Ivan) was you and Gilbert's favorite thing to do.
China: Yao takes you to the old landmarks all over the country and tell you all the stories behind them.
