When she opened her eyes she found herself lying on the bed of the doctors room in her school ,head head had a mild pain and she suddenly remembered that after so many years she got a panic attack. She got up on her bed and the moment she took a glance at her left she left a small scream in shock to see Edward sitting beside.
Edward had been sitting for the last half an hour staring at her and satisfying his eyes which had been complaining for the last five years.
Those eyes ,those lips that heart that heated inside her all these things belonged to him once.
"Sorry didn't mean to scare you, here have some water"
Edward uttered softly and held up a glass of water.
She somehow lifted her hand up whose temperature has probably dropped to minus 10 degree by then because they were immensely cold and her hands were shaking at an abnormal frequency.
As she was not able to get a strong grip of her hand she clenched it and looked away avoiding eye contact.
Suddenly she felt a touch and a chill sensation passed though her body making it freeze at that moment. It was Edward's warm touch on her frozen hands.
Edward saw that her hands were trembling and not strong enough to reach the glass of water so he handed her hands up and placed them on the glass making it easier for her.
She took that glass of water and drank a quarter of it still looking away from her.
"Don't wanna look at me? Did I so something wrong?"
Edward asked.
No its not you, it's me, you won't understand the amount of guilt that is filling my body.
She was literally shouting this inside her heart but was not able to say a single word outside .
Still she somehow looked at him
God...those eyes.....
She felt week again.
" w..w...hat are......you.......you .....doing here "
She stammered a thousand times and finally spoke.
Edward smiled at her, fearing that she would faint again ,he decided to lie.
"Just came here for a vacation, I saw you outside the school so I just thought of a meeting"
He tried to act as much normal as he could.
Dew to took a sigh of relief to know that he didn't come to see her but it was just a sudden confrontation.
Both of them once thought of asking each other how they were doing but both of them feared to lie as when the question will be asked back to them the answer ' fine ' was just not applicable.
He was about to say something like else when they heard a knock. It was the principle.
"Sorry to disturb but I just want to say that the students have gathered ,so if you could come and just...."
She said in a nervous manner.
Though Edward couldn't deny that he was a bit annoyed with her interruption he couldn't say no as he already promised.
"Its OK I am coming"
He said and looked at Dew to give her a last smile and then left.
Dew gave a confused look unable to understand what was happening.
Within the next ten minutes Edward was inside the big assembly hall of that school and the children's excitement could be easily made out by the chaos they were creating.
He managed to call his guards and they were standing in front of his where he was seated.
Soon the crowd settled and he got an indication from the principle that they were ready.
