Chapter 9

Star POV

(Leaving Xander grandparents house)

I hug his grandpa and grandma then we walk out the door.

I keep some space between me and him, cause right now, we are not on good terms.

What's got into you two? Blaze said. I look him up and down out the corner of my eye then roll them.

I was trying to tell him not to start a fight but his hard headed ass wouldn't listen, and you know the rest. I said. She rolls her eyes, along with crystal.

Everyone else was pulling out the yard so it was just us out side. I reach for the door handle but was stopped by Xander.

"Where do you think your going, I thought we weren't on good terms?" Xander said. I grab my temple and sigh.

"Don't, I'm not in the mood." I said plainly. He scuff.

"You never are." He said opening his door. Stop the fucking up.

"Excuse me but, what was that suppose to mean?" I said opening my door and look at him with a glare.

"Star can you just get your ass in the so we can leave?" He said sighing. I scuff shut the door and start walking back towards the house, when all of a sudden i was picked up from behind. I gasp in shock.

He cares me to the car, open the door and put me in. He walks around the hood get in the car and pull out the driveway.

"Babe look, I'm sorry okay?" He said, looking at me for a second before turning back to the road.

I shrug, not in the mood to talk. He rolls his eyes while sigh. I put my head on the window and felt my self slowly drift off to a deep sleep.

Xanders POV

(Skip the thirty minute drive)

When we get to the pack house I cut the car off and look over at star, to find her sleeping.

I shack her shoulder to wake her up, she moans and shrug my off. I get out, shut my door, walk over to star open her door and pick her up bridle style. I shut her door and walk towards the house, not forgetting to lock the door.

When I open the door my omega rushed from the kitchen to me. I wave her off, she looks confused for a second before nodding and going back to the kitchen.

I walk up the stairs to our room, yes our, and open the door. I put her on the bed and walk over to the dresser to take my shirt off.

"I know your up, your not fooling anyone." I said. I hear the covers rustle then a yawn.

I tack my dress coat off and put it back on the hanger and turn to look at star. Our eyes met and we stare at each other for a minute before she looks away.

I finish taking my clothes off and hop in the bed while star did what ever she does in the bathroom when the shower isn't running.

What's up with you and bae? Hunter asked. I shrug not knowing what's up.

Hell if I know. I said, he lays down not really caring, not about me anyway.

She walks out with a t-shirts and some thongs on. The fuck?
