Levi x Eren (Modern AoT)

Eren's P.O.V

The coffee shop was small and quite. There were few people, including myself, with a coffee or tea at a little round table.

My boyfriend and I have been having troubles lately, which led to him avoiding me. I had thought that a nice date would help things. But I have been waiting for him to show up for over half an hour. No calls or texts.

I finally told myself he wasn't going to show up once I finished my second coffee. I looked out the window next to me, trying to ignore the confused, concerned, and pitying looks from the few people in the cafe.

Once I was about to leave, I noticed a very attractive man about my age calmly walk into the cafe. I couldn't take my eyes off him. I somehow felt something for him.

He looked at me when he walked by and I almost choked on my own spit. His eyes were beautiful and alluring.

I tore my face from his and looked out the window again.

Levi's P.O.V

I walked into the cafe to get some quiet tea time. The first thing I noticed was a handsome guy with teal eyes. He was looking out the window with sad green in his eyes.

Once I got to the counter, I ordered and asked the girl my question.

"Miss, do you know the guy by the window?"

She looked at who I was talking about and frowned,"He's been here for a while. I think someone stood the poor boy up."

I looked over at him again and made up my mind.

"Thank you," I told the girl before walking toward the guy.

Eren's P.O.V

I was broken from my thoughts when the handsome guy from earlier sat across from me.

I glanced at him, confused.

"I saw you sitting alone and thought you could use some company. Whoever stood you up doesn't know what their missing," He told me with a stotic face, his eyes glancing away at the last sentence.

I gave him a small smile while I felt a slight blush rising,"Thank you. I would actually love some company."

"I'm Levi. What's your name, beautiful?"

I blushed and turned away to hide it,"Eren. You're not so bad yourself, Levi."

Levi smirked and help mg hand in his on the table.

"How about we take this somewhere else, hm?"

"I don't see why not."

And that was only the beginning of something beautiful.

Girl's P.O.V

I sighed and leaned on the counter as I watched the new couple walk out, hand in hand.

"Wish it was that easy for me to find love."

Then I went back to work, thinking about my single life.
