Kyo x Blind Shigure's Daughter Reader

Kyo's P.O.V

Where is (Name)?

I can't find her and usually she needs my help getting around. Which I really don't mind, it makes me feel needed.

And I also don't mind because I think I'm in love with her. But I know she doesn't​ feel the same. She has enough to deal with already, she shouldn't have to deal with a monster.

Oh! I face palmed.

I totally forgot to check her closet! Her closet is her hiding space, because it's so huge. Only I know about it because sometimes I have to lead her there.

I ran into her room and opened her closet door before shutting it behind me.

"(Name)?" I heard shuffling and a sniffle.

Walking further in, I saw (Name) huddling in a chair she put in here. She had her tail wrapped around her and her ears flat on her head.

You see, (Name) was born early, it cause her to not only be blind but it also made part of her fox  zodiac permanent. Her ears and tail. It had hit Shigure hard, he felt like he had failed as a father. (Name)'s mother ran out after seeing her deformities. But honestly, I think they're adorable.

I slowly walked towards her before kneeling in front of her curled up body.

"(Name), are you okay?"

She only nodded and I knew something was wrong.

"No. (Name), what's wrong?" I insisted but she shook her head again and said,"N-Nothing!"

I chuckled,"You always have been a horrible liar."

She didn't respond so I hesitantly cupped one of her cheeks in my hand and turned her face to look at me. I gasped as I saw tears running down her cheeks. I slowly wiped them away and asked again,"What's wrong?"

(Name) hiccuped and looked in my general direction.

"I-I just.. I want to be able to take care of myself. I feel like such a burden. And I hate being blind! I don't know what anything looks like! Dad, Yuki, you... I feel so worthless."

"No! You are not a burden or worthless! I like helping you. Never think like that."

She sniffed again and whispered,"Kyo?"

"Yeah?" I whispered back.

"Can I feel your face? T-To get and idea of what you look like?"

Without verbally answering, I took her hands in mine and placed them on my cheeks.

Oh, crap. I hope she can't feel my blush.

Her soft fingertips ran across my face and my heart up at the smile that spread on hers. I didn't notice us getting closer, but when I did, we were a breath apart and I couldn't stop myself.

I kissed her. She responded right away and I didn't know​ what to think. Did she feel the same? After a minute, we separated and she was grinning and blushing.

"(Name)... I love you."

"I love you too, Kyo."

BANG!

"You better take care of my daughter, Kyo!"
