I opened my eyes to see that I'm in a white room, I wondered where am I. Why am I here?

"Mom?" I coughed.

"Alex, you woke up" mom sobbed, hugging me.

"Where is dad?" The first thing came to my mind.

"Your dad is still sleeping, honey" she kissed my forehead.

"What do you mean by sleeping? Like is he sleeping then he wakes up or sleeping and he won't ever wake up?"

"We don't know yet, sweetie" she bit her lip.

"When can I see him, mommy?"

"We can see him when he wakes up, darling"

"What if he never wakes up? What if he died, it will all be my fault!"

"No, it's not your fault, honey."

"I should be the one who is dead, mom! I deserve it"

"No, you don't. Honey, I prefer your dad dies, not you dead"

"HOW COULD YOU? WHERE IS YOUR HEART? DO YOU LOVE DAD?" I yelled.

"Shush, baby. Look, it's not like I hate him or something, but everyone will die someday, and I don't want you to die now" she played with my hair. "Dad lived his life, but you didn't"

"Doesn't mean that he-" my mom cut me off.

"I know, darling. But life is not fair, ok?" I'm sure she's hiding all of those tears and feelings just to show me that she's strong, but I know my mother better.

"Can you leave me alone?" I whispered.

"What?"

"I want to be alone, mother" Tears were Falling fast.

Every time I think my life is getting better, it keeps falling apart.
