After our sibling bonding time, we head to Sage's house to get some clothes for me to wear. "Sage I'll see you at school tomorrow. I'm staying with my brother and sister tonight." I said on the phone with her while I was packing my clothes. "Of course you're gonna meet them. They're dropping me off at school so, I'll introduce y'all then. We could probably hang out this weekend if they aren't busy." I said. "Yes I already told your parents. Bye Sage." I said hanging up the phone. I was excited to be staying at with my brother and sister to be honest. I know y'all probably thinking why I'm not staying with them. I'm honestly confused about that myself. Like I don't wanna over extend my welcome but I'm quite sure that they actually want me to stay with them too. I guess I need a little more time that's all.
After I packed up my overnight bag and say my goodbyes to everyone, I made my way to the car where Jordan and Mariah were waiting for me. 'Well damn, what you had to pack your whole life in that little ass bag?" Jordan said laughing. "Like you were stuffing you legs in those little ass shorts? Oh." I said making Mariah laugh. "He got you right there bro." she said trying to stop herself from laughing. "They not even tight. Y'all mad because I'm buff as fuck." he said making us laugh. "Yeah yeah yeah drive Jeffery." I said as he drove towards their place. When we got to their house, I was impressed the house was very beautiful. I definitely would mind living with them. "Wow! This y'all?" I asked still in shock. "You mean this is us? You live here too." Jordan said. I didn't even hear what he said to be honest, I just walked in the house and looked around.
They had a three bedroom house, with the third one completely made for me, so I guess they were waiting for me I don't know. Don't mind me y'all, I'm just still trying to process everything. "You like your room? We really tried to decorate it as best as we could. Jordan said you don't like loud colors so we decided that this would be nice. Trust me, making this room was hard and we spent damn near every day arguing about how it should be." Mariah said, high key scaring me. "I love it! You guys did amazing!" I said dropping my bag and hugging her.

"Come on. Jordan wants to play UNO. Big ass kid." she said laughing. "I love UNO! I said as I drug her downstairs. While Jordan set the cards up, Mariah asked what we wanted to eat. "Pizza!" Jordan said. Typical nigga. "Alfredo. I'm in the mood for that." I said. "Alfredo it is." Mariah said. "As long as I get to eat, I don't really care." Jordan said shrugging his shoulders. Mariah went in the kitchen and started to prep the food. "Chicken or shrimp?" she asked. "Can we do both?" I asked. My fat ass was starving. "Sure." she said as she went back to making the food. About 25 minutes later she came back to the table with me and Jordan's plate. Then she went back to get hers.
We said grace and thanked God for leading us towards each other. "This is so good!" I said in between mouthfuls. She really threw down y'all. "Thank you kiddo. Learned everything from grams." she smiled at me. "I really gotta meet her because this right here is love!" I said finishing the plate. We basically ate that whole pot and was debating on who would do the dishes. "How about this, we play three rounds of UNO and the loser has to do the dishes?" I said, finding middle ground. "Sounds like a plan." Mariah said. "Bet." Jordan said. Look at me being the good ole negotiator. Turns out that Jordan lost the game and had to do the dishes. "Yo y'all straught cheated but it's cool." he said feeling a little salty.
"It's not my fault you didn't have anymore draw two cards. Should've used that skip when you had the chance. Good luck with those dishes and make sure they are spotless." I said laughing at him. I was about to go upstairs when both him and Mariah called me back down. "Yea what's up?" I asked. "Alex, we was wondering if you would move in with us. Permanently." Jordan said sounding a bit nervous. I smiled "I thought you guys would never ask! I didn't want to overstay my welcome or nothing like that. Hell yeah I would love to move in with you two!" I said hugging both of them. "You was nervous for nothing." Mariah said nudging him. "Shut up before I fart in your face." Jordan said back to her. He's such a weirdo. "Do it and you mines well say your last prayers tonight." Mariah said back. "Try not to kill each other while I'm sleep OK? Good night you two." I said walking upstairs.
When I got to my room, I noticed I had some messages from David, mostly how he was OK and that he was letting me know that he made it home. Of course his mom yelled at him but he said that she basically told him to be more careful next time. Guess he didn't tell her the whole truth. I went to sleep happier then I ever was before.
"Alex wake up! Time to get ready for school!" Jordan said knocking on my door. "I'm up. I'm up." I said finally getting up. "You got 30 minutes to get dressed or you'll be catching the bus." he said before finally walking away. That lit a fire under my ass as I ran to the bathroom to get myself ready. I got dressed in under 25 minutes and made it downstairs to see my brother and sister finishing up breakfast. "Y'all foul!" I said shaking my head. I was mad hungry and these negros just finished eating. "Don't worry we'll get you something along the way" Jordan said as we were leaving out. I'm guessing he caught my saltiness. When we finally pulled up to school i asked them if they would like to me my friends. "Sure but make it fast, we only have about 20 minutes to spare." Jordan said.
I texted Sage and Aurora to come outside real quick. "Sage and Aurora, this is my brother Jordan and my sister Mariah." I said introducing the four of them to each other. "So these are the two people that have been looking after you, I can definitely see that" Jordan said. "Nice to meet you. Thank you so much for taking care of my brother." Mariah said. "It was our pleasure. I'm glad we finally get to meet you two." Sage said smiling. "Alex we gotta get to class now. If anybody messes with you, call us. We will come and fuck shit up. It was nice meeting y'all." Mariah waved as they drove off. We walked into school. On our way in, I got a text from David saying that he couldn't wait to see me. That was so sweet of him.
"That test was mad easy!" Aurora said as we were walking to our fourth period. "She swore she was gonna catch us slipping. Better luck next time." I laughed as we continued walking. As we were walking, I saw David at his locker with Dominic and some random girl. I didn't think nothing of it and continued walking since my locker was only a six locker's down from him. "Yeah D! That's what I'm talking about!" Dominic cheered as I saw David and the girl kiss. "Niggas." I laughed as I walked straight past him towards my own. "Looks like David is off the market." Aurora said. "I guess so." I said as I continued to open my locker and put my books in. As we were walking, he looked straight me with a sorry and guilty expression on his face. "Looks like you found a new tutor. Congrats." I said as I continued on my way with Aurora.
Dominic was about to say something when I looked at him with the 'Nigga I wish you would' face.
