Chapter 16: The Departure

I change into a blue dress to say goodbye to all of the princes today. I then put my hair in a bun and put on the tiara my parents advised me to do. I look in the mirrior to see the end product. I look like I came straight out of Cinderella. I laughed at the finished producted. I then think back to last night. My parents were right. I can't show favor to one person or they will get jealous when I start talking to someone else. I then head out to see my mom.

"Honey you look beautiful." she says.

"Thanks." I say looking down.

"This is about last night isn't it?" she asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"Look I know its hard but just look strong when you see Scott today. Trust me, you two are perfect for each other. And if he doesn't realize how amazing you are, then you know someone else who feels that way about you." she said. I then realize something. If I already know that I have no interest in three of the boys, why am I gonna have them here.

"Wait mom. I know I said I want Landon gone, but I also want Brad and Jake gone also. Why am I gonna lead two guys on when I already know that there's nothing between me and them." I said.

"Spoken like a true royal. I shall tell your father to make the announcement when the princes leave." she says. She then walks away from me. I continue to look down towards the floor and that's when I run into someone. 

"Oh hey Izzy." Hanna says.

"Hey Hanna. I've been wanting to ask, what's up with you and my brother?" I ask her.

"Oh nothing. He just asked me to come and spend Christmas with your family after we go on our first date this up coming weekend." she says. 

"WHAT!?!?!?!?!!?" I scream.

"Yeah!" she said with a smile on her face.

"I'm really happy for you Hanna. And if my brother ever breaks your heart, let me know and I'll steal all of his crowns and books." I said. She laughed.

"Of course I'm gonna tell you how this works. I mean not only are you my best friend, but you Chase's sister. So you're gonna be the one to know the most of our friends." she said. I laughed.

"We should probably head to the front. The princes are gonna leave in five minutes." I said.

"Then what are we doing standing here! We gotta go see cute princes off!" she said. We ran as fast as we could in our dresses and heels. By the time we get there everyone was about to leave.

"Glad you can join us sis." Chase said. "Hanna." he said turning to my friend.

"Ugh." I said as I pushed him aside.

"Took you long enough." Kristen said.

"Sorry, Hanna and I lost track of time." I said.

"Well you're just in time. You're parents are about to announce who's been eleminated." Aria said.

"Thank you all for coming this past week. However, there has to be someone eleminated. But instead of just having one person eleminated, we have decided to have three people leave. So the three boys that are still in the run to marry our daughter are Prince Albert, Prince Scott, and Prince Blake. As for the other three boys we thank you for your interest, but apologize that it will end here. Thank you." my father said. I look out to see Blake looking down and smiling. I smiled at the sight of him. Al was talking to his mom and dad. And for some reason, I couldn't see Scott.

"Princess Isabelle." I heard a voice say. I turn around and take a deep breathe.

"Hello." I said.
