On my way home still thinking about Eric, I hear a loud car horn behind me and I turn around startled. To my surprise it was a mustang with two people in it. The person in the passenger seat was Eric and the person in the driver's seat was a boy that looked just a little older than him, they were both laughing. The car started to slowly pull up by me "Sorry about my brother he can be very rude sometimes." Eric said while as he gave his brother an angry look. "That's okay" I said back to him. "Why don't you hop in and I'll take you home." Eric asked to me "Okay" I said hesitantly. Suddenly Eric jumped out and opened the car door for me. This made me smile and start to blush. "Thanks" I said to Eric. "Hello there" Eric's brother said as he turned around with a grin on his face. He was wearing a pair of aviators and what looked like a Letterman jacket. "Before you say anything, yes I am the man of your dreams" he said again. I looked at him and started to laugh as Eric punched his brother in the arm. Eric's brother had an exaggerated shocked look on his face and pretended to gasp. "I'm shocked" his brother said. They both looked back at me Eric then introduced us."Alice this is my brother Peter, Peter this is Alice" Peter then took my hand and shook it.
Then he looked at me with a look of interest and back to his brother "Do you like her?" Peter asked his brother as if it was a casual question. Eric's face then started to become red "Um...well I don't know much about her but... um yeah I think so" he said forgetting I was still there. Then Peter looked back at me"Alice" he said "hmm" I answered "Do you like my idiot brother?" he asked me "Well I wanted to get to know him better so I guess" Eric chimed in with "Well I already asked her on a date Friday" Peter looked at him again as Eric and I were both blushing like crazy. "Well since I have both of you here with me why don't I just drop you two off somewhere so you can go on that date early. I mean if that's okay with the both of you." we both looked at each other admiring one another's eyes. "Uh. Alright we can do that. What's your opinion Alice" Eric said "Okay sounds great I didn't have any other plans so let's go I guess." Peter looked at the both of us still staring at one another stupidly and he said "Alright. It's settled then I will drop you two love birds off somewhere on a date and later will get details from my brother" this time Eric punched Peter in the arm harder "Excuse you sir." Peter said to his brother and I laughed at them both.
Peter told us "I will drop the both of you off at any place I think is a good place for a first date. Is that okay, cause I know that Eric is the worst at picking places." "I am not" Eric said to Peter as Peter laughed at him. "Yes you are, trust me Alice he is the worst at picking places to go." Peter said "Alright" I said to Peter. Then I leaned forward to Eric and whispered in his ear "Don't worry I don't believe your brother" Eric looked back at me and smiled. Peter didn't notice though so he didn't ask us about it. As we drove around a bit trying to find a place I pulled out my phone to text my mom where I was so she wouldn't worry. After a few seconds my mother messaged me back and told me that as long as she knew where I was it was okay. Peter said "So there are options. A romantic restaurant, the movies, or wherever else. So where do you want to go?" I then replied with "Where do you want to go Eric? I've never been on a date before so this is all new to me." Peter gasped at me. "You've really never been on a date before?" Peter ask me "Nope" I said to him "Well then I will take you two to a special place." Peter said to us and off we went.
