We wait for the storm to pass which takes a little while but as we wait Evie attempts to get us to ignore the storm by talking and playing board games. Instead of playing games with them I return to my old reading habits and pick up the nearest books without thinking. Once I start reading a book its like I go into a different reality and there is almost no way to grab my attention. The only person who truly knows how to get my attention is Evie because she has known me for so long. I get to almost halfway through the book but I'm instantly brought back to reality when I hear a loud thud and I see books fall in front of me. I look around and see Evie on the stairs behind me with a grin on her face and more books in her hands. "Welcome back Alice. How was wonderland?" She asks me as she makes her way back down the stair case. I narrow my eyes at her and stick my tongue our. "I hate when you do that' I tell Evie "Do what?.... Did you see the white rabbit or the mad hatter?" I look at her annoyed "I hate when you compare me to Alice in wonderland. It's not my fault I'm named Alice." I say as I go to return to my book. "No!" Evie yells as she grabs for the book and takes it. "Do you know how hard it is to even get you out of your crazy state of mind thing?" she tells me as I roll my eyes at her. "I think the storm is gone." Eric says as he looks through the window, I get up from my seat and walk over to him. "Good, then that means we can go." I say looking back at Evie who is crossing her arms in annoyance. "Thanks for letting us stay over for a bit." Eric says as he grabs the knob of the door "Yeah thank Evie." I say as she walks over to me and hugs me "Text me when you get home okay" "I will" I say as I walk outside into the damp air and soaked ground.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while I just don't know what to write or add to this story cause I've become bored with it so... Yeah well This might be the end of this story cause it sucks but whatever. ~Lizzie
