I wake up to an annoying alarm clock and a little sister jumping on my bed. "Mom says get up or she's taking your phone away" Anna yells as she jumps up and down on my bed. I pull the cover over top my head and try to go back to sleep. Anna stops jumping and lands right on top of me; thud. She pulls the covers off me and runs away. I get up annoyed and walk down stairs to the kitchen. I grab a bowl from the cabinet and a box of cereal from the pantry. I make my breakfast and proceed with my morning. I hear Anna run from the living room to the kitchen laughing. She still had my blanket and she wrapped it around her shoulders like a cape. I chuckled at her and walked to my room to get dressed. I find an outfit and head to the bathroom. I brush my teeth, get dressed, wash my face, and brush my hair. Once I get the rest of the way ready I grab my backpack and I leave. I start walking to school and hear a familiar car horn.
"Do you not have a ride to school or what?" Eric asks from the passenger seat of his brothers car "No I usually walk to school." I tell him "Well hop in" Peter says. I walk to the car and sit in the back. Eric climbs from the front to the back in a matter of seconds. "Hey" Eric says scooting next to me and smiling. "Hey" I sat as I smile at him. Eric grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers. I lay my head on his shoulder and look into is beautiful eyes. The way the light shined into them makes them look majestic. He looks into mine and I feel like the whole world around me stops. I look at him and all I want to do is kiss him. He starts to lean in and I do the same our lips touch and we both melt into the kiss.
Peter turns around as he pulls into the school and sees is kissing. He clears his throat and we both pull away quickly and start to turn red faced. Eric grabs the both of our back packs and we get out of the car. He hands me my backpack and I put it on my back. We hold hands as we walk up to the school together. I spot Evie talking to her group of friends and then look at me. She starts walking towards us and has a grin on her face. "So you two are together now?" She asks already knowing the answer "Yeah" we both say. Her grin is bigger now and she looks super happy. "What are you smiling about?" I ask her "Oh nothing I'm just happy the two of you are together" she said still smiling. "We're gonna head to class" I tell her. Still holding hands Eric and I head to class. We have all the same classes except for 4th period. I have Spanish and he has French. I am so happy I get to spend most my time with my new boyfriend. I love the word boyfriend, especially since I have one now. We walk into our first period class, Math. We sit near the back of the room together in almost every class. In every class period I think about Eric the entire time which probably doesn't help me in school. Before I know it its the end of the day already and time to go home. Eric and I go to Peter's car and wait for him to get there.
We spot him walk out with a girl by his side. Is that Evie I think to myself. As I take another look I realize it is. "Evie?!" I say shocked at what I'm seeing. "Oh hey Alice." she says to me now hugging Peter. "Hey guys, did I never mention I was saying Evie?" Peter says to us as we stand there astonished. Evie and Peter share a small kiss on the lips and Eric and I share a small heart attack of disbelief. "I told you I had a girlfriend that went here." Peter told Eric "Yeah but I didn't think you meant Evie." Eric said still shocked as I was. "Well you wanna go hang out somewhere, like on a double date or something?" Peter asks while he puts his arm around Evie's shoulder. "Sounds great, what do you think Alice." Eric says "Um yeah, okay." I say to him. Eric grabs my waist and pulls me close to him in a hug. He places a light kiss on my cheek, I look up at him and kiss him back. We all get in the car and head to a cafe down the street.We get to the cafe and go to a booth inside. Eric and I get in one side and Evie and Peter in the other. Eric gets a caramel latte and I get a hot chocolate; mostly because I don't like coffee. Peter gets a black coffee and Evie gets a chi tea. Once we get our drinks we start to chat about our relationships. "So how long have you been dating?" I ask Evie and Peter "Well we started dating a while ago, it was when I went to see family in Ohio. I met Peter at a school I was going to there. I guess that's when we started dating but since then we mainly just had a long term relationship. We would mainly text each other and stuff like that." Evie explained. "So how's your relationship working out so far?" Evie asks us. "Well I really care about Alice and I think we're perfect for each other." Eric says as I lean my head on him. I smile at the words he said and hugged him. He hugged me back and pulled me closer to him. We sit in the booth a while longer and ask more questions. Once we finish our drinks and conversations we head to the car. Eric and I once again get in the back and Evie and Peter in the front.
We get to Peter and Eric's house and hang out for a bit. Eric leads me upstairs and into his room. I walk in and it's fairly clean with a few pieces of clothing on the floor, the bed is messily made, but hi room is pretty clean. He grabs my hand and pulls me on the bed, he grabs two movie cases and holds them out to me. "Choose one." he tells me. I grab the one in his right hand flip it over to see the cover. The movie is an action movie; suicide squad, I haven't seen the movie yet so I was excited about it. He takes the movie out of the case and puts it into the DVD player. He hits play and lays down beside me on the bed, he slides his arm around my waist and I put my head on his chest. We watch the movie and he holds me close to him as we both start to fall asleep.
