Jade sighed, looking around at all the people gathered at the park. Perrie had dragged her along to hang out with her friends in a more secluded section of the park, before their shopping trip that afternoon, promising it would be fun. They'd been there for an hour now, and Jade was bored shitless. Perrie's friends were spread around the large grassy area in small groups, while the blonde herself was leaning against a large tree trunk, laughing at something what's-his-face said, an open beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other.
The brunette lifted herself off the old, rusted swing, briefly brushing herself off, making her way over to her girlfriend.
"Pez?" No response. "Pezza?" Nothing. "Perrie!" That seemed to catch the girls attention, even if it was fleeting.
"Hang on a second, babe." She brushed Jade off, turning back to boy one and boy two (Jade had no interest in learning their names), and gesturing for them to continue.
Jade huffed, turning around and muttering a quiet "I'll be back" over her shoulder. She doubted Perrie heard it anyway.

Perrie frowned, glancing around her. She couldn't see Jade anywhere. She briefly heard her muttering something as she walked away from her, but didn't pay much attention to what Jade was saying. That was over half an hour ago now, and the blonde wanted to know where she was.
Without a word to her friends, she walked away mid-conversation. They were used to it by now. She walked in the general direction she knew Jade must of gone (towards the newer playground, that was Jade's type of thing). She only stopped when she came across a sight that made her blood boil. There was Jade, standing at the ice cream truck, talking to the boy in it while she licked her ice cream and laughed at something he said.
Without a second thought, Perrie stormed over to the two, scowling at the boy as she did so.
"Jade," she growled, grasping the brunette's wrist tightly, pulling her away from the guy.
"Per-"
"Let's go."
"Perrie." Jade frowned.
"I'm serious, Jade, we're leaving. Now."
"Hey, lady, if she doesn't want to leave, she doesn't have to." The boy butted in.
"This has nothing to do with you." Perrie glared at the young guy, daring him to argue with her.
"Actually it does, when you interrupt my conversation and talk to a pretty girl like that."
"That 'pretty girl' is my girlfriend, asshole. I'll treat her however I fucking want."
Jade offered the guy a weak smile as the blonde dragged her away.
"What the fuck, Jade!" Perrie exclaimed when they were far enough away from the ice cream truck. "Why were you flirting with that idiot?"
"Flirting?" Jade's eyebrows raised in surprise, "He's fifteen, Perrie! We were just talking!"
Perrie scoffed.
"Despite what you may think, I am allowed to talk to other people."
The blonde arched an eyebrow, "Whatever. Why'd you just disappear like that?"
Jade threw her arms up in frustration. "You ditched me for your friends and ignored me! So I went for a walk and decided to get an ice cream, it's not a crime!"
When Perrie just folded her arms across her chest, Jade sighed. "Whatever. I'll be in the car."
