It's been about 10 minutes and yes, I'm lost. This school was basically a maze. I walk back to a wall and slide down to the ground. I try to focus on hearing something, anything.

"...Nope, nothing." I say annoyed.

I look around me. The walls were cracked and the paint was chipping off bit by bit. There was dust and fluff in every floor corner and i swear a rat just scurried across the wooden floor.

I get my body off the floor and just then I knew I wasn't alone. Someone was walking up behind me. My eyes were focused and i turned around as quick as i could.

I breathe in heavily.

"Oh hi Bonnie..."

She doesn't say anything and her face was expressionless. She started mumbling words under her breath and suddenly the bathroom doors slammed open.

I whipped my head to the slam and looked at her back. My eyes glowing and eyes directly on her.

"Your eyes! You're not a werewolf cause they'd be yellow... What are you?" Bonnie asked me confusedly. I don't think she's actually seen a were-coyote before.

"Well done but I don't tell my secrets." I say while attempting to walk away but she grabs my arm pulling me back. I growl at her; she doesn't let go.

"Look, some of us are in danger. You could help us.... Please." Bonnie begged.

I twitch my lips and roll my eyes.

"I'm a were-coyote." I whisper.

"So whats the difference between a werewolf and a were-coyote?" She asks.

Before I could say anything, a tall girl with straight blonde hair came in. She had a thin face and red around her mouth. I'm assuming it's blood.

Bonnie gave a 'I don't like you' look at her and the blonde did a fake smile back.

"Bon bon, who's your little 'friend' here?" She asked intrigued.

"Well Caroline is your answer gonna be bitchy or nice... Oh wait! You turned your humanity off so it's going to be bitchy." Bonnie answered sarcastically.

Caroline rolled her ice sharp, blue eyes. They had a tint of 'save me' in them. She started digging in her bag and pulled out a pen. Grabbing my hand,  she went off and started writing her phone number. She scribbled the last digits and walked off.

"What was that about?" i asked immediately wanting to know what had just happened.

"Her mum died and she couldn't bare it so she pulled the switch." She replied giving me just enough so that I could catch on.

"Oh the humanity switch... Yeah Tyler told me about that," I say.

"Talking about Tyler, I should find him but any chance we can talk later?"

"There's a party after school, meet you there?"

I nodded while walking out the door.

The corridor was quiet. Nothing was to be heard apart from my heavy breaths.

About 15 minutes later I see Tyler talking to Stefan. When I first moved in with Ty, Stefan was there fixing a light bulb that could of made a big damage. That's how I know him.

I walk up to them interrupting whatever they were talking about.

"Sorry to interrupt but may I have a word with both of you."
