Chapter 4

Amanda's pov
I turned around to see who it was and a gasped came out from my mouth
It's her.. the golden buzzer
Wait! What is she...
"Hey! Whose car..." she abruptly stopped when she saw me and gave me a warm smile
"Ms. Holden! What brings you here?" she asked with her smile
But before I can speak, Sarah told her "it's private Aly and no she's not gonna adopt well.. maybe. Go back there and play with the children please.." I saw Sarah giving her a stern look that she shouldn't tell anyone what she saw
"Oh yeah! I should um go back to them. It was nice to see you Ms. Holden!" she says with an inoccent smile before she went outside
I womder what is she doing here... I kept on thinking that I didn't even notice I'm already inside the office
"Have a sit" Gladys said with a hand gesture to the chair
"Uhm.. Ms. Holden may I ask what year was your daughter born?" Sarah asked me while looking through some old files
The year she was born was also the year we—I lost her.
"Yea-r 2000" as I answered her question a memory flashed

Amanda gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Simon is driving and Amanda's on the passenger sit. They're on their way home when suddenly a car appeared on the other side that made their car crushed but before Amanda lost her consciousness she saw someone got out fron the car and took her baby..
She tried to shout but there was no voice coming out so turned to look on Simon's side but she found that his unconscious...
She felt numb but she kept fightning she looked to Simon, "I...love...you" she said in a weak voice until all went black.

"Ms.Holden are you alright?" I came back to my senses when I heard Gladys asked me with a concern look on her face
"Ye-yes I'm fine" I said and flashed a forced smile
I know Gladys is still concern but she chose not to force and that made me sigh in relief
"Have you found something Sarah?" Gladys asked Sarah but instead of answering her question she let out a gasped and looked at me, that made me confuse
"Well... we only pne file of a kid found in year 2000..." she said and I looked at Gladys and I think she already knows what was Sarah's talking about as she let out a gasp
What do they mean only one? Is my baby still here?
"Well... Who is she? Is she still here? How is she?" I asked them rapidly
I'm so nervous but when I saw Sarah smiled..
"She is pretty much alive Ms.Holden!" She's grinning at me
"Who is she?!" I asked a little impatient
Sarah and Gladys looked at each other
They were about to speak when my phone rung...
Ugh!
