Chapter 10

Amanda's pov
We all got home safely after the dinner. I got ready for bed and
currently lying while thinking about the day I had. I'm gonna be with my daughter tomorrow and I'm so excited! I'm happy! Nothing bad is going to happen right? Still reminising about today when my phone rings.. way too good to ruin the moment
I was shocked when I opened my phone...
Oh dear Amanda, you still haven't learnt anything do you? Well, I guess I just have to teach you some lesson again. And don't worry about Simon or your daughter what's her name again?Erica is it? Or is she known as Alyssa? Don't worry about them dear it's only going to be you. I'll make you suffer!
How? How does it know a lot about me and my family?! How does it know my number anyway? But most importantly how does it know my daughter's real name and who is she now? So many questions running on my mind...
Should I tell Simon?
What should I do?
I can't stop thinking, looking at my ceiling and the last thing I know is my alarm going off
6:00am
Wait... It's already morning?
I guess I was occupied over thinking what to do that I haven't notice the time..
I stood up and took a bath and went downstairs to get some coffee
Still spacing out when my phone rung again. I looked at it and saw that is was a call from my wifey and answered it immediately

On the phone
"Goodmorning wifey!" Alesha greeted me
"Morning Alesha" I spoke and smiled a little
"What's wrong?" uh oh is it that obvious?
"Nothing.. its just I didn't get to sleep that's all" I said slowly which is true
"ohhh had a good night with Simon?" she said with a giggle "What? No. It's nothing. Look I have to go and fetch someone by can you and David come over later for dinner? I have something to tell you." I said more serious than I thought
"ok now I'm worried. What happened? Oh ok but you and I have a lot to talked about later alright?" she said. Thank God I have an understanding friend.
I dropped the call and started texting Simon
"Hey Si! I know its still too early but I invited Alesha and David for dinner later to tell them about Alyssa since she'll be home with me now. Can you come? And I know you and I have a lot to talk about too." And sent.
A few minutes later I was already outside getting in my car when my phone rung.
It was a message from Si.
"Of course darlin. I would love to. And by the way can I bring Eric too? Lauren has a party tonight or something that she'll be home by tomorrow and no one will look after him."
I smiled as I read his reply. What a loving father he is.
"Yeah sure no problem. I already miss that little munchkin" I replied and drove to the orphanage
I arrived at the orphanage and saw my daughter waiting for me infront of the door and her things with her.
Oh my God! This is real! I'm gonna be with my baby again. I walked towards her and hugged her. "hello sweetheart" I greeted her
"Hi Mom! I'm so exciteddd!!!" she said squiling that made me laugh
I thanked Gladys and we went to the car
Its gonna be a long day for us.
"Where do you want to go?" I asked her while she's sitting on the passenger sit
I'm trying to push away the worry I feel so I can enjoy my time with my daughter.
She looked at me and smiled "can we just go home?" she tells sweetly. Awwwe
"Of course! And maybe we can buy pizza on the way home?" I asked grinning at her and she agrred instantly. And we laughed
"Oh and by the way, your Dad, Alesha and David will be coming over for dinner later. We'll introduce you to them" I said to her
"Yay! I'm so excited are you gonna cook dinner mom?" She asked me innocently
"uhmm I think I'll just serve a lot of broccoli later." I teased her. And she looked completely shocked that made me laugh and she joined in.
We didn't noticed that we're home

HOME.

"We're home!" I said to her and she looked at the window as I stopped infront of the door.
"Wooww this is your house?!" she said in awe
I went towards her putting an arm over her shoulder and said "OUR house." That made her look at me with tears falling from her eyes
"oh no baby don't cry." I hugged her and kissed her forehead I break out of the hug and asked her "Do you wanna see your room?"
"I get my own room?" she asked
"Of course! Come, follow me" I told her and we went upstairs to her room
When I opened it she was stoned infront of the door and I laughed
"Well come on sweetheart, do you like it?" I asked her as she came in and stood beside me
"Like it? I love it mom! Thank you thank you so much!" she siad hugging me tightly
We enjoyed the moment until someone knocked on the door "Well.. why don't you unpack your things while I get the door and get you something to eat?" I said to her kissing her forehead before I went downstairs
When I opened the door there was no one except a box. I took it inside and I was about to open it when I saw my daughter walking down the stairs. I put the box in my little library to open it later and I walked towards my daughter
"You unpack fast" I told her motioning her to follow me towards the kitchen
She smiled sheepishly before saying that "I don't have lots to unpack"
"Oh well, a little shopping won't fix" I said winking at her She looked at me before she hugged me. We do a lot of hugging in this family I guess. Haha
I made her a sandwhich and she asked if she can go to the living room and watch while eating and I said yes. And start to make dinner for later
As the time came I heard the door and went to get it while Alyssa's getting dressed
"Hi! Wifey, David." I greeted them both and steps aside to let them in
"Well don't you look better tonight hon?" Alesha noticed before giving me a kiss
"why thank you for that." I answered to hr that made us both laugh
"I see Simon is still not here? Always the late one." David says dramatically that made us all laugh
I was about to say something when my daughter cam down the stairs
"are they here mom?" She asks and stopped quickly when she saw them
The house left silence with Alesha and David giving me an 'what is this supposed to mean?' and 'explain.' look from the both of them when someone knocks at the door
Saved by the door! I muttered quitely
I opened it and it revealed Simon carrying Eric
Simon came in and smiled at me "Hi Si! Glad you're only a few minutes late." I tried to make a joke
But a soon as Eric heard my voice he beamed at me and suddenly called me "Mama!" oh no... here it goes again
I was getting Eric from Simon when Alesha broke the silence "Woahh!! What is happening you two?" she asked and David nodded, agreeing with her
"Why don't we take this in the dinning room shall we?" Simon told them and we all walked toward the table
They took a sit while Me(holding Eric)-Alyssa-Simon stood up and faced them
"uhm this is Alyssa, Simon and I's daughter" I told them too quickly
"Daughter?!" David repeated
"but she's 16. Wait so this means you were both together even before BGT started!" Alesha quite getting the story already
"Yes. And we were also married at that time." Simon told that made them even more shock
Way to go Simon! I sighed while looking at them worriedly but what happened was unexpected
"OMYGOD! Simanda is real!" Alesha screamed with glee that made us all laugh we told them the wholse story and they got close to Alyssa most instantly that made me smile.
"I'm gonna get the dessert" I told them as I passes Eric to Simon
Eric became shocked by the sudden movement and saw me walking ayaw that made him cry
"aawwwee" they all said went back soon as I can as I get the cake
When I came back Eric saw me and is still crying while calling for me "mama!mamaaa!" he whined in his father's arms
"Guess he like you better than me love" I walked towards them and reached for Eric. While getting Eric, Simon stole a kiss that made Alesha squee more
We all laughed and Alyssa spoke "Wow today wa so awesome! I get a brother and a family" she laughed when Alesha asked her about Simon and I
"Ohmygod! Are you two together?" David asked us
Uhoh I don't know how to answer this one. So I just looked at Simon and to Eric who is now sleeping in my arms
"Not yet but soon" Simon answered. What?!
We looked at each other and Simon just gave me a reassuring smile that made me relax.
After I great evening I cleaned up and tucked Alyssa in, I went to my library and went to open it
But whats inside made me drop it and sobbed..
