Amery finally had the reservations for the banquet together. She was excited. She was now helping the dance team at her school and performing in three dances. How it ends, Dream On, and a mixed piece In Time. She was excited. She had the outfits organized in a bag and she already had her outfit for the banquet together. Amery was in the kitchen with a jar of pickles. She loved pickles so much, she'd take a dare to eat them for a week.
Amery reached up and got the pickle jar and smiled. She sat them on the counter and used a rag to try opening them. She tried different ways, but it wouldn't budge. Amery took the jar and went to the twin's office. She walked in without knocking. She didn't see Bryan and saw Ryder on the laptop working on something and on the phone.
"Ryder" whispered Amery. Ryder was still working and talking. Amery rolled her eyes and walked deeper in the office towards him. She set the jar down and poked him and he looked at her while still talking on the phone. Amery pointed to the jar with a sheepish smile. He stopped typing and opened the jar and sat it down. Amery was going to say thank you but he turned his chair away from her talking on the phone. Amery felt a tug at her heart. She said Thank you not sure if he heard her. She looked back and he was still on the phone. Maybe Tamika and him were meant to be mates?
Amery went to the living room and started Watching Red 2 while enjoying her pickles. She got up and went to the kitchen and grabbed a soda pop. She popped it open and went back to the living room, to watch the movie.
Amery was so into the movie, she forgot about the birthday party. Amery got up and rushed upstairs. She took a quick shower and then brushed her teeth. Amery wrapped a towel around her body, and rushed to the bedroom. She dropped her towel and put on her underwear and bra. She then rushed in her closet, and pulled out her dress for the party. She put on her dress and then her heels. She brushed her hair and moused it leaving it down. She put on eyeliner and mascara and then red lipstick. She made sure to put on deodorant, and her perfume. Last but not least she put on black diamond heart earrings. Amery checked herself in the mirror and smiled. She wore a sweat heart black dress, that was tight at the bust and flowed mid thigh. She matched them with glitter heels and she looked wonderful.
Amery saw the time and she was late.
"Amery, Rebecca-
Amery grabbed her cellphone and rushed out the room past Bryan before he was able to finish his sentence, and down the stairs.
"There you are. The party is about to start. I have Trinity and Mariah settling the kids down" said Rebecca. She wore a pink mid-thigh dress with white heels and her hair was brushed out in waves.
"Sorry boo. I got distracted watching Red 2. Movie is really good." said Amery and Rebecca laughed and rolled her eyes. Amery grabbed her camera out of the hallway jour. Amery kissed Bryan goodbye and they left off to the party.
The party was a blast. Amery helped put out the food and she made sure the kids didn't touch the goody bags. Some of the pack member showed up to join the party. Brandon and Natalia showed up surprisingly and brought five packs of beer. They took the beer outside and put them in the coolers.
Amery was talking to Rebecca, her mate, and two other people. The party was alit of fun. All the kids were able to get a prize and participate in all games. The party finally ended and everyone had tons of fun.
Amery arrived home. The lights were off and she figured everyone was asleep. Amery walked up the stairs towards her room. She heard arguing and complaining from Tamika's room. Wow trouble in paradise. She decided to ignore it and continued to her room. When she got there, she closed her door and took off her shoes and her clothes. She put up her shoes away and put her clothes in the dirty hampers. Amery put on a large t-shirt and went to the bathroom to clean off her makeup and brush her teeth.
