Amery woke up to someone shaking her. She woke up and she saw Zeke. Zeke was one of her Uncle's trusted men. He helps organize and plan attacks and figure out the locations with the pack warriors. Amery moaned in protest not wanting to move. They had a two day flight and she was really tired. Instead of moving she felt her seatbelt being taken off. She was about to protest when she felt him pick her up carefully and slammed the door shut. Amery drifted off to sleep again.
Amery woke up again and she was in a very comfortable bed. She sat up rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She looked around and she was in a King sized bed covered with a blue comforter and white bed sheets. The room was a blue-ish cream color. The floor was dark wood and there was a white blue rug that covered on top of it. The light was a chandelier that looked like a candle. She explored the room and found the closet and bathroom. Amery was looking around and she walked out of her room. She walked down the hallways and then down the stairs. She walked around the house finding the kitchen and the living room.
"Oh hey you're awake" said Zeke. Amery turned around. She took in his appearance, blonde hair and dark blue eyes and a little stubble growing in.
"Are you hungry?" asked Zeke. When she didn't answer, he became confused, but then he remembered she couldn't speak. He walked in the kitchen and pulled out ingredients to make a sandwich. Amery starred at the food and then walked in the living room. She saw a big screen TV. She heard footsteps and saw someone turn it on. Amery flinched and stepped back when she saw people inside the screen talking.
"What's wrong with her?" asked a guy. Her uncle walked in. She only recognised and was comfortable around him.
"Her mind is still in the past. Her fairy must not understand what she is surrounded by. Because of that her human forgot" explained her uncle.
"Will she remember?" asked the guy.
"Yes Drew, she will remember, her fairy just needs to adjust. When her fairy does, her human will and all will be well. Soon when she settles, we have to train her. She needs to remember how to defend herself. I'm worried her powers will grow and she will lose control" explained her uncle.
"Amerisia, are you okay?" asked her uncle and Amery turned to face him and nodded hesitantly.
Three weeks went by and Amery adjusted bit by bit to the present. Amery was sitting watching TV. Zeke came in and sat next to her in silence. Amery started to trust Zeke he was one of the betas and his brother Malik was the second one. For them, being twins it was easy to tell them apart since they looked nothing like each other in her eyes. Malik found his mate and Zeke was yet to find his. Amery felt something was missing. She was great and all but something bothered her.
"Amerisia, come with me please" spoke her uncle walking, and then walking out the backdoor. Amery got up and followed him. When she reached outside, she gasped in surprise and smiled. There stood her uncle petting an all-white horse. There wasn't a spec of another color. Amery walked up to the horse and immediately recognized its eyes. They were a multicolor of pink, blue, orange, and a green yellow. The pupil was black, but a cyan color surrounded it.
"Her eyes change colors when she meets someone new. She studies your emotion of how you feel when you touch her or when you look at her. She is one of the rarest horses created. Her father is my horse, Minik. Her name is Remedy. She is a strong, well trained horse. She was your mother's horse. She has lived for so long she doesn't age no matter how bad it is desired. Amerisia...she is yours now." Her uncle spoke in admiration. Her uncle taught and showed her how to control Remedy and how to ride her. He left her by herself to form a bond with the horse and learn to take care of her. Remedy was her new best friend.
