Chapter 9 - Humanity Gone

[Bora POV]

I was utterly confused. How did this happen? Why did this happen?

"Bora, w-what's going on!?" Hoseok immediately asked. I was shuddering with fear.

I honestly didn't know how to respond, but thankfully the others came to the area, which changed Hoseok's point of view.

"You guys, I-" Namjoon began, but froze once he saw the distorted Mina.

"What. The. F***." He finished.

My mother never said anything about this, nothing at all. She literally only said, "Something bad will happen if a nonhuman hangs around with a cursed human."

I wish I knew what actually would happen before she died, yet she never said anything. She was always protective of me and just wanted me to be a normal human.

What am I suppose to do now? They're all relying on me since I'm the daughter of the witch who cursed them all, their mothers...

"Bora, Mina... what is all this!?" Seokjin yelled. I started to shiver from fright, but the only choice I had was to talk this out.

"Bora, are you going to ignore us or actually explain!?" Taehyung said. I just shot him an angry look, but really I'm scared.

I turned back, looking at Jimin, Yoongi, and Jungkook... they looked very weak, that all their powers of the curse was gone. You shouldn't say that's a good thing, because it isn't. My mother mentioned that if someone is stripped from their curse not properly and not done by a witch or anyone relating to a witch, they can end up dying. That's why I have to do the lifting myself in this case.

"Mina, explain!" I screamed. The others looked at me confused, as if I was suppose to explain in this case.

"What do I have to explain? You should know." She said, which made me bite my lip. I just dropped my head and began to think of another way to talk this through, so I ignored whatever countered me.

"What did you do to them!?" I screamed. "Just because I'm the daughter of the witch that cursed these boys, doesn't mean I should know everything relating to her."

Her brunette hair was beginning to turn silver, and her nails were turning into claws at this point. She even began getting fangs, a tail... and cat ears?

Okay, now I was really confused. Was she starting to become a hybrid?

"Bora, you seriously don't know what's going on? She's clearly becoming a cross of both a vampire and a cat. That's what they are!" Taehyung mentioned, which clicked my head and what my mother had said in the past.

FLASHBACK

Age 10... home-schooled.

"Bora! It's time for class..." I heard my mother from the other room. I smiled, my red hair beginning to move in front of my face once I got up from the table.

"Yes? What's today's topic?" I asked her, eager to learn. I smiled, hoping my eye smile slipped out so it can persuade her to end the class shortly though. I hate sitting on my butt for a long amount of time.

Her purple hair was braided but was set on her left shoulder, and all she gave me was a smile before she began to speak. Her yellow eyes were probably the most unique thing about her, but one thing is that she can't be called normal... considering she is a witch born with a curse within her.

"Today you will be learning about cursed humans and how it can affect other non-cursed humans, specifically what can happen to one if they stay with one for too long."
