One Week Later...

'No, no, no, no, no!' Killian repeated over and over in his head. 'How could I be so stupid?' He asked himself. His box of contacts were empty. He knew he was running out a few days ago, but he kept putting it off to tell Liam he needed more. It would be a few days before more contacts came in, meaning he would be stuck with wearing the dreadful glasses.

Without contacts or glasses, Killian could only see a little bit. He could see blurry shapes if they were far away, but he could see faces if they were close up. But, in order to make it through the school day, he had to wear his glasses. He debated about playing sick and staying home, but then Emma would be at school without him. An entire day without seeing Emma was like torture. So, he sucked it up and grabbed the glasses and slipped them on his face.

He went downstairs and Liam was in the living room, watching the news. Emma hadn't come down yet. Liam turned to his younger brother and a smile formed on his face.

"I take it you need more contacts?" Liam asked with a chuckle.

"Please." Killian said and sat down in the chair on the other side of the room. "Where's E-Em-Emma?"

"Not sure. She hasn't come down yet."

Killian glanced up at the steps before running back up. He knocked on her door, and it took a few seconds for her to open it. From the looks of things, it looked like she had just woken up.

"I overslept!" She shouted in a panic, and that was all the explanation he needed. She quickly walked back in her room and took her pajama shirt off. Killian held his hand up over his eyes, even though he had already seen her naked once before.

"Why are you covering your eyes?" She asked. The sound of clothes rustling together could be heard around him.

"Privacy." He stated quickly.

"You are such a gentleman." She laughed and took her pajama pants off and put her jeans on. "I'm dressed now. You can look." He removed his hand from his eyes as Emma went over to the dresser and dug through the makeup on top and went over to the mirror.

"W-why are y-you putting on make-makeup?" Killian asked, cocking his head to the side.

"I guess I feel more confident with it." She shrugged.

He didn't say another word. Instead, Killian just plopped himself down on her bed and laid back on the pillows, watching her through the mirror as she applied her makeup. Once she brushed her hair, Emma grabbed her bag and they both went downstairs and stood at the bus stop, waiting for the bus to come.

"What do you wanna do after work?" Emma asked, rocking on the balls of her feet.

He shrugged. "D-doesn't matter." His head was cast towards the floor, and it confused her.

"Why are you looking down?" She asked, bending over to try to get a glimpse of his face, but failing in the end.

"I forgot to-to t-tell L-Liam about my c-contacts, a-and I h-have to wear m-my glasses. I feel l-like a g-geek."

"Killian, look at me." He hesitantly did as she said. Emma put her hands on his cheeks. "You are so perfect. You could never be a geek in my eyes. A dork? Maybe, but definitely not a geek. And a pair of glasses doesn't change that either. If anything, they make you look even more adorable than ever. In fact, I think you should wear them more often."

"Really?"

She giggled. "Yeah. Really. You are so cute!" She bopped his nose with her finger and he blushed ever so slightly. She loved the fact that he was so shy and innocent. "How about we make a deal. You wear the glasses in the evenings after school, and I'll do whatever you want." She bit her lip to keep a smile from forming on her face, but once again, failed in doing so. But, she didn't mind.

"Anything?" Killian asked in disbelief, making her laugh but nod. "I l-like the s-sound of that."

She draped her arms over his neck and tugged him flush against her body. "Good. I do too." She leaned up to kiss him and Killian's hands found their way to her hips. He slowly ran them up her back, and then back down again. He hesitantly let them run over her ass, unsure of whether or not she would want him to touch her there. She let out a moan on his lips, and Killian snatched his hands away and pulled back.

"S-s-sorry." He stuttered. His hand going up to scratch behind his ear nervously.

"Hey, it's okay." Emma told him, taking his hands and putting them back. She tried not to giggle at the awkwardness that was on his face. "I liked it." Her arms found their way to his neck again and he swallowed nervously. "You don't need to be scared, Killian. If I don't want or like something, I'll tell you." He nodded and gave her a gentle squeeze, making her moan again. "Okay, now we have to stop or I'm going to drag you back into that house and we are going to do things that we shouldn't be doing at 7:00 in the morning."

He chuckled. "We'll just ha-have t-to save th-that for n-next time."

The loud sound of the bus's engine was growing closer, and she stepped away and licked her lips. Killian took a deep breath and Emma smirked at him.

"I guess it will have to wait." She complained with an over dramatic sigh. The two teenagers laughed as they boarded the bus.
