Sabine's POV

I looked out the window at the hyperspace lights on the way to Garel.

"Hey, do you think we need more backup?" I asked Hera.

"Sabine, we're fine, it's just a quick drop off of supplies, the transport that's right behind us, and we were in luck to have five a-wings to protect it. Don't worry so much." She said, looking back at me from the pilot's seat.

I continued to look out the window and didn't respond.

Hera rolled her eyes and continued to punch some buttons to get us though hyperspace.

"Chopper, get in here!" Hera yelled throughout the Ghost. "A copilot would be helpful."

I heard Chopper grumbles of protest, but otherwise he came willing and ready to help. Chopper rolled into the cockpit followed by Zeb. Zeb sat down in the empty seat next to mine. Me and Zeb don't talk much anymore, to think we did in the first place, he tries to help, they all do.

"We're coming up on Garel, now, its less than a parsec away." Hera informed us as Chopper hooked up to the Ghost. "Get ready to come out of hyperspace, Chop."

I felt the jerk as the blur blue of hyperspace slowly turned turned back into the stars. Our crew was met with the planet of Garel and a star destroyer. I looked behind me and saw the five a-wings and the transport jump out of hyperspace.

"Hera, I thought the Empire left Garel." I told her, worried.

"That's what I thought so to." She said, looking at the star destroyer. "But why is there only one star destroyer, a blockade is at least three."

"It's a trap." Zeb said from his seat just as I realized it too.

"How did they find out? We need to get out of here, Hera. We don't stand a chance against that thing and the number of ties it haves." I said.

"For once, I agree with you Sabine." She said as the star destroyer started coming towards us in the vast expanse of space, "Yellow squadron." She said though the comm. "Get out of here."

"Yes, ma'am." I heard an a-wing respond. "Yellow squad met at the rendezvous point."

"You too transport, we can't risk losing supplies again." She said into her comm.

After a few moments of silence. "You're right, we're heading back to the rendezvous point now." A female voice said, I looked once again behind me and saw the ships jump back into hyperspace.

"Ok, let's go." Hera said. "I know these people need us, but we can't help them right now."

I put my hands over my face and sat my elbows on my knees as Hera began to type in the coordinates for the jump.

"Here we go." She said and hit the button.

Nothing happened.

I looked up the star destroyer had caught us in its tractor beam and we were advancing toward the ship fast.

"No, no, no." Hera said. "Chop try to beak the lock. Sabine, Zeb, get to the guns."

I got up and Zeb did too as we ran along the Ghost to the two turrets.

"Try to take out the tractor beam." She yelled from the cockpit, from the gun I could see clearly the star destroyer over head.

I powered up the gun and began to take shots at the ship, but it was no use the tractor beam was out of my scope and won't be in it till it was too late. I continued to shot the ship with all I got, determined to make significant damage before we were captured. I saw Zeb had a better view of the tractor beam than I did, he was shooting pretty close to it.

"Come on baby." I heard Hera mutter. "We can do this."

Maybe, it's time. I thought. Maybe, today's the day. I continued to shoot at the ship, then something tugged at the back of my mind. These marking, I've seen them before. I scanned the ship for the signs that tell, whose this is. My eyes widen as I realized the I know these markings.

"Hera!" I yelled. "This is Tekara's ship."

Hera's heart sank. "Are you sure?" She yelled back as I ran to the cockpit.

"Yes, more than anything." I replied as I heard Zeb walking up behind me.

"I can't get a clear shot." He said and frowned.

"Well, Sabine you might see him again, after all." Hera said as the Ghost and its rag tag crew of four were pulled into the star destroyer bay.

"What do we do?" I asked Hera and looked up to her as did Zeb.

"I don't know." She said. "But remember, no matter who we see on that ship, don't give away any information." Hera stated to wipe the ship's memory so the Empire wouldn't get our base's location.

"I'll try." I said. But I can't make any promises.

The ship landed in the bay and a dozen stormtroopers surrounded the ship.

"Should we fight?" I asked.

"No, don't waste your energy, we'll need it later." Hera said as she started to walk to the ramp. "We go willingly."

I nodded and me and Zeb followed Hera to the ramp about to leave the Ghost for maybe the last time.

"Put your hands up." She said as she lowered the ramp.

We did as we were told and Chopper rolled up behind us as we saw the helmets of about twenty troopers.

"Come on out." One trooper said as we walked down from the ship.

"Put your hands behind your back." He said and we obeyed and another trooper put bindings on our hands.

We heard footsteps and the troopers immediately stood at attention, I then saw a face I never thought I would again.

"We finally caught the infamous Ghost crew." Tekara said as he walked though bay and faced us. "My mission is almost complete."

I looked at Tekara and saw Ezra again for one moment I was happy again but when I looked into his eyes, all I saw was darkness.
