After Lunch was finally over, Hailey and I decided to walk to Botany class together. She takes me to a classroom that is in a small building joint to the Green house. And once we got in people were already there.

"Amelia, Over here!" I here Ginger say and when I looked I saw that she had a seat for me saved. Hesitantly I walk over and take it.

"Good afternoon, everyone," says Mr. Easter from the front. "First on our list is review. I have put a few booklets and clip boards for each of you on your desks. And all you need to do, is find each flower listed, write their Latin names, draw a quick sketch and write notes about them. This is an independent project. I'll give you a couple days to do this," says Mr. Easter and he walks into the Green house.

I hear someone laugh, "Mr.Easter has no social skills, he is always so antsy and to the point. He's not changed at all," some guy says. I totally agree. Standing up with everyone else, she follows into the Green house.

Looking at the list on the first page it seemed to be in no articular order. The first page she looked at went, Zinnia, Yarrow, Violet, Morning glory, Valerian, red Tulip, Tansy, blue Salvia, Lilac, Iris, Lavender,  Holly, Honeysuckle, Arborvitae, Heliotrope, Dill, Daisy, Coriander, White clover, Black-eyed Susan, and Aloe.

Taking a pen out of her shoulder purse, she starts looking. It did not take long to find the Zinnia. Putting its name in the first space, she drew a quick sketch and then read the description.

Zinnia

It is said that zinnias symbolize thoughts of absent friends. Zinnia flowers are one of the easiest plants grow, grow quickly, and bloom heavily. They make a massive burst of color in your garden, and they attract butterflies. The small narrow-leaf zinnias make nice dried flowers, too.

Thats cool, she thought, onto the next then. She then goes onto the next ones. She was able to do eight of them before class was over. So, she followed the others out taking her things with her. There was an hour or so till dinner but she did not know what to do.

why not got check out were that music came from before?! she thought, nodding her head she decides to walk back to that building. Getting there, she goes through the double doors and goes down the left hall to the side she heard the music from. Getting to the end of the hall, she is met by two glass doors. Opening the doors she is surprised with a music room full of instruments. And in the middle was a big red grand piano.

It was a grand structure molded to the center of the room; all shiny, and bright red, until the pianist lifts the fall. And then the row of pure ivory keys march into view. They shimmer in the sparkling  light that was coming in from the far window as if they are the moon on a starry night; bright, beautiful, and breath-taking. And the sound they create as I sit down and play a few chords I knew--oh the music they sing, stirs wonders in my soul. Along the wood that lines the top of each key, curling golden letters spell "Steinway & Sons", such a beautiful name and so elegant and expensive. Perfect, and graceful.  I do wish I new how to play though but I only sing. Looking around she find a Cd player, wondering what was in it she pressed play.

As the song plays I recognize the song as 'All I want for Christmas is you' and on a wimp of it's own, I sing along...

' I don't want a lot for Christmas

There is just one thing I need

I don't care about the presents

Underneath the Christmas tree

I just want you for my own

More than you could ever know
