Chapter 13: A Secret Spread, Sort Of

Rosabella's P.O.V.
I feel panic rising inside of me. I can't believe that this happened!
Apple looks at me. "Rosabella, are you okay?" She asked with concern.
I swallowed. "I, I'm fine. I have-I have to go!!" I exclaimed.
Then, I turned and started to run back to Daring. I feel bad about leaving Apple, so I yelled sorry as I ran.
When I reached him, he stood up suddenly. I was out of breath.
"Rosabella?! What's wrong? Are you okay??" He asked, bringing me to sit down.
Once I caught my breath, I explained what had happened. How Duchess had heard everything, how she was going to tell everyone, how we were in so much trouble.
"No." Daring said. I looked at him.
"No we're not. We just need to make everyone believe it's not true!" He said, standing up.
"So, she only heard you confessing your feelings about me, right?" I nodded.
"Well, I guess it's not too bad, if we can get help from a certain person."
I sat there in confusion. Who would that be?
"C'mon! Let's go before it's too late!!" He said, grabbing my arm and taking me through the forest.
A bit later, we arrived at a smallish house. Daring knocked on the door.
Humphrey opened the door. He looked surprised to see us, I was too.
"Hey, Daring! What are you doing here?" He asked.
"Well, uh, we are in trouble. Right now. I need you to um, hack into the system to delete a video off the internet."
Humphrey stood there. "Sure. Come in."
We entered his house and I noticed a lot of things associated with eggs.
But when he took us downstairs, I could see a lot of technical things. Most I didn't know how to use, some I didn't even know what it was.
Humphrey walked over to a desk with a huge screen above it and started to type things into it.
"Okay. So is the video up yet?" He asked.
"We don't know. Probably. Duchess would have uploaded it." I say.
Humphrey typed more stuff in and the video came up, Apple and I's faces on the screen. There were no views, so it was okay so far.
"Was it this one?" Humphrey asked.
"Yes."
"Wait, why is this so important? It's bad enough that I'm hacking, but to delete someone else's post.."
"It is um, super embarrassing." I said.
"Okay. Here we go." Humphrey said.
And with a few clicks, the video was gone from the internet.

Daring's P.O.V.
I can't believe we or, more rather, Humphrey did it. And before anyone saw it too.
Rosabella and I sigh in relief.
"There you go. That's all right?" Humphrey asked.
"Yes. Thank you." Rosabella said.
"You're welcome. Now, to turn this off..." He started humming to himself and turned everything off.
"Well, we'd better get going. Thanks again, Humphrey!" I said.
"No prob. See you guys!"
And with that, we left his house and went back into the forest.
Once we got far enough, and we were sure no one was watching, I hugged her. She hugged me back.
"We're so luck." She whispered.
"I know. I'll definitely pay him back sometime."
"Me too."
When we pulled away, I stared into her eyes, she stared into mine. I was lost in them for a while, then I tore my gaze away. I sighed.
"We really got to be more careful." Rosabella said, staring at the ground.
"I know." I said.
We just stood there for a while, when I said, "I should go."
She whipped her head towards me. She looked sad, but it was replaced with reconition. She nodded.
"Okay. Charm you la-"
I cut her off with a kiss. She kissed me back. After a few seconds, we pulled away.
"I'm sorry." She whispered. I didn't have to ask what for.
"I forgive you." I said.
"Bye. Hext me okay?"
"Yeah. Bye."
And we walked off in different directions.
***Time Skip***

Rosabella's P.O.V.
"Your highness, the king and queen requests you." A servant said to me.
"Okay." I said.
I walked into the room and both my parents looked furious.
"Rosabella." My dad said.
"Where were you this afternoon?"
I gulped. "I went to see my friend." I said. I hated to lie, but I had no choice.
"Well, me and you're father had a certain video sent to us." My mother said angrily.
I felt panic inside me. "Oh? What was it about?"
"Don't act all innocent, Rosabella! We've seen you confess to Snow Whites daughter about Charming's first son!!" My dad almost yelled.
I felt sick. "I-I, I'm..." I couldn't say a word. I can't believe that they saw it.
They both stare at me when my father strode towards me. He stopped inches away from me.
"Rosabella. Is it true you love him?" He asked seriously.
I look down, tears burning my eyes. I look at him again. "Yes." I managed to say.
He sighed and walked out of the room. My mother came over to me.
"Dear, why would you let this happen?" She asked, placing her hands on my shoulders.
Without it being helped, I burst into tears, my mom comforting me. When I calmed down, I said "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
"Shhhhh. It's okay, Rosabella."
"It, it is??"
"Yes. Just keep it a secret okay?"
"Okay, but you're not mad?"
She laughed. "Darling, love happens for a reason. You just so happened to fall for him. So keep him."
I smiled and hugged her. "Thank you mom!"
"You're welcome."
My dad came back into the room. We pulled apart, he had a serious look on his face.
"Due to this news." He began.
"I have contacted the Charming's. We will all discuss this together. With king and queen Charming, as well as Daring."
I gulped. I didn't know how to feel about this, happy, sad, nervous, or all at the same time....

Maddie: Ohhh this will be good!!

Brooke: I know! So hextciting!

Male narrator: But now we must wait.

Female narrator: That's right.
