Chapter 18: End Of Summer Party

Rosabella's P.O.V.
I ran downstairs to the ball room and burst through the door. As I gasped for breath, I took in the beautiful decorations my decorating crew set up.
Streamers hung from the high ceiling, a pattern of roses could be seen on them.
The food tables were all set up, my catering people were setting them up.
Everything was perfect. But, I realized I had nothing to wear!!
"Uh, this looks amazing everyone! Keep it up!!" I say to the workers before I raced back up the stairs.
Once I get to my room, I look through my closet to see what to wear.
I decided on a nice summer dress. It was perfect for this party.
The top part, was a nice pale yellow with clear sequins all over it, it had two straps that hung in the shape of an x on my back, no sleeves.
The bottom part, went down to just below my knees. It was also the same pale yellow, but it was covered in gold and pale pink roses.
I pared it with my rose head band, bracelets, and necklace. To top it all off, I wore pale pink rose heels.
I looked at myself in the mirror and was impressed at my paring.
Now all I had to do was wait for the party. I couldn't wait!!!

Daring's P.O.V.
I walked into Rosabella's castle. It was beautiful in there. I think I was the first one there, because I didn't see anyone around.
"Daring!!" I hear someone call me. I turned around and, oh my Grimm, it's Rosabella. She looked so beautiful in her rose dress and accessories. She even braided her hair so it hung down her back.
She walked up to me with a smile. "Wow. Rose, you look beautiful." I said, staring at her.
She blushed and looked down. "You like it?" She asked, peering up at me.
"Are you kidding?! I love it!" I said, hugging her. She hugged me back.
"Your highness? So sorry to interrupt, but I'm here to inform you that the guests are arriving." A servant said. We pull away from each other.
"Okay. Let them in." Rosabella said, the servant rushed off.
"So, are you ready?" I asked her.
She looked at me and smiled.
"Of course."
***Time skip***
Not far after the guests all arrived, the party was in full swing. Everyone was having fun, talking, laughing, dancing, I even saw my younger brother talking to Raven.
I look around and I can't find Rosabella. I decided to look for her.
It wasn't long before I saw her.
"Hi Daring! What are you doing?"
"Oh, just looking for you. Want to dance?" I asked, putting my hand out for her to take.
She giggles. "Yes of course."
We walk back to the dance floor, her hand in mine.
As we dance I stare into her beautiful brown eyes.
"How did a guy like me meet a girl like her?" I thought to myself....
***Time skip***

Rosabella's P.O.V
"Bye! Thanks for coming!" I say to the last people leaving. The party had lasted for a long time, but, not long enough.
I close the door and turn. Daring stood there.
"Hi Daring. What are you still doing here?" I ask him.
"Well, I probably won't be able to see you again until school starts." He started.
I bit my lip and nodded. School started next week, it doesn't seem that long, but, it would seem longer now.
"So, I wanted to give you this."
He leans in and kisses me. I kiss back.
When we break away, he holds me close. "I love you Rosabella."
I smile. "I love you too."
***Time skip***
I lay on my bed that night feeling happy, but tired.
My party today was a huge success!! I couldn't wait to see everyone again.
Especially Daring, I'll miss him, but next week, I'll get to see him again....

The end is just the beginning!!!!!
