BAYONETTA/DEVIL MAY CRY Crossover 1 (Revised/Rewritten)

Chapter 7: Bayonetta vs Nero

     Bayonetta and Jeanne made it back to their apartment. Jeanne unlocked the door with magic and sat on the couch. "I still can't believe we left the party. I was having so much fun." Bayonetta says "I was too." Jeanne says "So why the hell did we leave?" Bayonetta answered quickly. "Too much food and plus too crowded." Jeanne says "You lost your taste in crowds?"

      Bayonetta straightens her hair. "The only taste I have is taste for lollipops and men." Jeanne says "That's it?" Bayonetta says "And pillow talk as well. It pleases me." Jeanne picks a book and started reading. "Right...okay, Cereza." Bayonetta says "What? That's what I do. Can't girls have a little fun?" Jeanne looked at Bayonetta. "By seducing men and showing them the goods?" Bayonetta says "It's way better than reading magazines and love books." Jeanne closed the book and got up. "Yes. I love to read. So, what?" Bayonetta says "You need to get out more. Socialize."

       Jeanne was questioning her as she was skeptical and said to her. "Like talking to strangers that are sometimes crazy and don't give a damn? Screw that, Cereza. I would rather talk to you." Bayonetta shrugged. "Alright, but you don't know what you're missing, Jeanne."

       Jeanne straightened her glasses upon her face. "Sure. I'm going to make a red velvet cake. Do you want any?" Bayonetta says "No. I'm going outside for some fresh air." Jeanne started mixing the bowl with the ingredients. "Alright. Don't take too long." Bayonetta says "Oh, don't worry. I'll be back." Bayonetta went outside and leaned against a tree. Then she looked up at the moon. "Ah, full moon. You look so majestic."

       She smiled and suddenly a lot of portals have appeared and it took Dante's world and Bayonetta's and it collided into 2 halves. Bayonetta stopped leaning and says "What the hell is going on here? Clearly, someone is not to happy about the moon shining or maybe it's something else." Another portal shines in front of Bayonetta. "Now what's going on?" Nero came out of the portal and stared at Bayonetta. "Hey, this is not my home." He looks around and noticed that everything looks collided together. "Uh-oh, this doesn't look too good." Bayonetta spoke up. "You can say that again."

      Nero looked at Bayonetta again. "You look very familiar. Do I know you?" Bayonetta tapped her chin to think. "Hmm. I don't recall. But do you remember this? What are you supposed to be the Phantom of the Opera?" Nero nodded. "Yeah, that's the one. You're the woman from the party. You never did tell me your name."

  

      Bayonetta puts one hand on her hip and crossed on leg in front of the other. "And I plan not to." Nero remained calm. "Don't you think that we need to introduce ourselves?" Something approached behind him and it was angels. Bayonetta saw the angels behind Nero and said "Don't you think that we'll talk about this later?" Nero tilted his head sideways.
"Huh?" Bayonetta says "Behind you, big boy." Nero turned around and an angel almost attack him. He punched him and Bayonetta shot one with her foot.

      Suddenly, Bayonetta started fighting Nero and he started blocking her attacks. "Whoa, whoa whoa! Lady, I don't want to fight you!" Bayonetta says "That's too bad. We're fighting anyways! Now, let's go!" Nero smirked and says "Suit yourself!" He started punching and Bayonetta blocked. Then Nero took out his Blue Rose revolver and tries to shoot Bayonetta in the head, but it went right through her. Nero was shocked. "What are you? A demon? An android?" Bayonetta says "Well, I'm perfectly a human if that's what you're asking." Nero shook his head and says "That's not I mean. Who are you?" Bayonetta licked her lips and says "Make me." Nero says "Fine, I will."

      He tries to shoot again and Bayonetta shot her Scarborough Fair guns. The bullets from Bayonetta and Nero collided and her bullet crushed his bullet and it almost got him in the eye. Nero backed up. "Holy crap! That's some bullet!" Bayonetta blew the smoke from her gun. "Thank you. I have a friend that made them." Nero says "Really? He's really good at making weapons?" Bayonetta looked at him. "You could say that."

    Angels came in and Bayonetta shot them with her breakdance moves and Nero shot one too then they aimed at each other. Nero says "You better tell me your name or I'll start firing." Bayonetta says "You already know what happens if you do. But tell me, if I shot you in the chest, will you bleed?" Nero says "You'll find out." He brought out his Devil Bringer and showed it to Bayonetta as it grew.

     Bayonetta raised her eyebrows. "Oh, my. Do you think you can defeat this?" Nero says "If it's a lesson on puberty, I'll pass on that one." Bayonetta activated her Climax to send out her Infernal Demons. "Iasta Sa Piadph!" Her hair transformed into Phantasmaraneae, the fiery spider by Madama Butterfly's arms and the spider shrieked at Nero.

     Nero laughed. "Ha! You think that I'm scared of a little spider?" Bayonetta says "Watch what you say, big boy. She may be small, but she packs a big, damn punch." Nero says "We'll see about that." He takes out a sword and points it at the spider. "Prepare to get sliced, spider."

   
      It shrieks at him and Nero charges at her. Nero chopped off her legs and sliced her in multiple slashes. The hair came back on Bayonetta. Nero says "Packs a big, damn punch? Heh. Please." He came full speed at Bayonetta and punched her in the face. She landed in the fountain. Bayonetta came back out and looked at her hair. "How dare you get my hair wet!" Nero says "Man, I'm sorry I didn't mean to." He walked towards her and she kicked him in the face.

      Nero landed face flat in a puddle on the ground. Bayonetta says
"Now, we're even." She gets out of the fountain and straightens herself up. Nero does the same and they both walked face to face. Nero says "Okay, it's a draw." Bayonetta says "I agree." Nero says "Are you going to finish me off now with interrogation?" Bayonetta says "Actually, I would prefer execution." Nero was shocked. "Wait, what?" Bayonetta chuckled. "I'm just kidding." Nero says "You are pretty funny, aren't you, Bayonetta?" Bayonetta says "I am when I need to be...Nero." Nero says "You catch on quick." Bayonetta says "That's what he said." Nero says "Good one. So, I'm guessing it's over now?" Bayonetta shook her head. "Not quite. We have to find out why these portals keep appearing and why suddenly these portals are ruining my world with who's world is this?" Nero says "My world." Bayonetta says "Right. Let's go to the Gates of Hell."

     She snaps her finger and a purple portal opens up. Bayonetta took out a lollipop. "Lollipop?" Nero looked at the lollipop and took it. "Uh, yeah. Sure. Thanks." Bayonetta nodded. "Mm-hm." They both walked in and the portal closed behind them.

      Back to Dante and Trish searching for Nero. Dante yelled. "Nero!" Trish hits him in the arm. "Shh! Do you really want to yell?" Dante looked behind him. "It's the only way he can hear me, Trish and right now, you're not helping me at all." Trish says "Oh, so you want me to attract demons?" Dante says "Actually, that's not a terrible idea. Thank you, Trish." Trish says "Dante..." Dante says "Sorry. No, we're going to find out where my nephew can be." Trish says "Really? How?"

      Dante looked at the skies and was really shocked. Dante says "What the hell?" Trish looked up and saw it, too. "What happened here? Looks like our world got mixed up in some other world that I have never seen before." Dante says "Maybe that's how my nephew Nero is missing or something else has got him. Trish, you stay here and keep a lookout for Nero or me if I come back." Trish says "You're going to leave me here alone?"
Dante says "You're a big girl. You can handle yourself."

    Trish raised her eyebrows. "Excuse me?" Dante rolled his eyes. "Not like that. I...you know what? Nevermind. I'll be back." Dante went into a portal and it closed. Trish leaned against a lamp post that crossed between two worlds. Trish was aggravated. "I'll be back, he says. You're a big girl, he says. Hmph. I'll show him what it's like." She fixed her blonde hair and kept leaning.
