BAYONETTA/DEVIL MAY CRY Crossover 1 (Revised/Rewritten)

Chapter 11: Missiles of Entertainment

     The portal opens to a different place where there was a broken bridge. The crew got out of the portal. Bayonetta looks around. Bayonetta was speaking to the group in frustration and annoyance. "Where the hell are we? This isn't where we need to go. What the hell!" Dante calmed her down as he spoke to her. "It's okay. It's just our world. Welcome to Mallet Island." Jeanne was looking at the bridge and talked about it to the others. "Wow. The bridge. It's torn apart. Like someone crushed it."

     Trish wasn't sure about that, even though Jeanne could be right. "Wrong or maybe you're right." Nero groaned about that topic. "Come on. Are you kidding me? Nothing that huge can tear up a single bridge. Impossible." Dante scoffed as he looked over to Nero. "Oh, really, nephew? Then how do you explain that?" He points to the big angel that's floating at the far end of the bridge from a distance. The big angel is called Temperantia. Trish admitted that it could take a while as she spoke sarcastically. "Well, this is bad." Jeanne looked over to Trish while she was hearing her. "Are you trying to sound sarcastic right now?"

    Trish tried to ignore that, but she just went with it. "No....yes." Nero questioned the group while he was interested in how they can make it across. "So, how are we going to get across the broken bridge. I mean honestly, can any of you swim?" Trish was honest with her answer. "Nope." Jeanne was refused to swim to the other side. "I'm not planning to jump." Dante looked over to Bayonetta as he was curious about what she thinks. "Bayo, any ideas?" Bayonetta thinks for a moment, then she puts a purple butterfly lollipop in her mouth.

    Bayonetta came up with a crazy idea as she smirked while she responded. "I do have one idea. Who's up for a little flying?" Nero was astounded as he replied with anxiety. "Flying?" Trish didn't like this idea whatsoever. "Flying?!" Jeanne tilted her head with confusion. "Flying?" Dante was head over heels with this idea and he liked it. "God, I adore you." Nero, Trish and Jeanne look at him like "for real dude?" Dante noticed how they were all looking at him and he shrugged. "What? Apparently, she's smart and hot. Come on, admit it. You guys thought so, too."

    Trish thought about it as she rubbed her chin and admitted it. "Well..." Nero nodded his head since he wasn't wrong at all. "Yeah. You got a point there." Jeanne grinned as she agreed. "I agree." Bayonetta nodded her head with confidence and her eyes sparkled with wonder. "Yes, we're going to fly." Nero was confused as he looked around and didn't see anything. "With what? Not with ourselves." Bayonetta shook her head as she knew that. "No, but I found these." She points to the motorcycles that she randomly found next to her.

  

     Jeanne wasn't convinced that the motorcycles would work. "Sister, really? A motorcycle?" Bayonetta explained to her what they could do considering that they're witches. "A motorcycle that can fly. Get on them. I'll show you what I mean." They all got on and Bayonetta stared at the jet thrusters. Trish wasn't sure about the idea at all. "I'm so going to regret this." Nero tried to cheer her up. "Calm down, Trish. It'll be fun." Trish wasn't feeling cheery at all. "Obviously."

    Bayonetta spoke to the group about the cycles of what they can do. "The jet thrusters on the sides of your motorcycles are filled with witch power. You also have magical, wicked firepower that shoots out bullets to incapacitate your enemies. Straight through." Nero was pumped with excitement as he grinned. "Damn. Sounds fun. When do we start?" Bayonetta smirked at him. "Right now."

     They started their engines and they slowly floated to the air. Jeanne asked Bayonetta a question. "Bayonetta, what about you? Where's your ride?" Bayonetta admitted she didn't have one as she looked around. "I'll find one." She looks in the distance and saw a huge missile with angels hurtling towards her. She smirked at them with one hand on her hip.
