Hello everyone!!

I just wanted to say I had a really good day today nOT TO BRAG OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

It's just that how well today went made me really reflective. It made me think of you guys (idk why tbh)...I just wanted to share w you so badly how my morning coffee was so good, there was a rainbow in the sky in the late afternoon, and when my bus stopped at where I alighted it was so near to the platform so I didn't have to take a huge step off the bus onto the ground, I just had to take one small step.

And I thought about how everyone should feel happy always, because it unleashes our inner self-love and self-love is so important.

You start caring for yourself more when you're in this good mood. And even if something trivial went wrong you don't have the negativity to criticise yourself, it's all just warmth and fuzziness inside your heart ya know??

So I hope that you all had/have a wonderful day, seriously, truly from the bottom of my heart, I mean it. Even if you wake up in a bad mood, I hope something makes you smile. And I hope that you all have the determination to cheer yourselves up whenever you are down. Being down is a perfectly valid feeling, but being down constantly is really unhealthy and lowers your self-esteem. And you all are such sweet and wonderful human beings who are capable of so many great things. You guys don't deserve this sickly feeling.

Throughout the day, keep hydrated, eat abundantly, do something that makes you contented, be it binge watching videos of your idols or listening to music. As much as parents and teachers like to call it unproductive, activities like these are never that. They help liften your mood, calm you down, and persevere because your idols told you to not give up studying or to always be happy.

Find that activity, that drive, to make you happy, vent regularly be it to a trusted person or by typing away on your phones, you can also PM me talking about anything and send me as many messages as you want, it can all be just gibberish words too if you're really overwhelmed w negative emotions such as anger or frustration, I don't mind at all.

But most important of all, remember that you are so so so important and cherished, and you are so beautiful and your self-worth and beauty never changes even when you have tears running down your face after a tiring day or a stressful situation. So keep smiling, keep being positive, if you have anything, vent, rant, PM me. Take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Do things that make you happy, and stay away from detrimental people or things. I love you and you are sosososo cute ♡
