Hello ^_^

How was today? Was it good? Was it bad?

Well, no matter how today went, the most important thing is how do you feel now?

No matter whatever good things or bad things happen to us, we are still vulnerable to negative feelings, feelings that want to lower our mood and make us end the day on a bad note and start the next day on one too.

So it is really important that we always find a moment of peace in our day.

That blissful silence when you sit alone in your room, or in the bathtub where you can hear the peaceful sound of water dripping and forming ripples in your tub.

That warm feeling bursting in your chest, calming you down, when you see a beautiful picture of your idol, or when someone who really cheers you up sends you a message.

If it is hard to find peace in your lives. Try closing your bedroom door. Lying on your bed. Close your eyes, regulate your breathing, listen to something that can calm you down. Picture yourself in a place with a peaceful atmosphere.

Maybe it is being in a hotel room overlooking the city beautifully, the distant, muffled sounds of vehicles and music from the malls combined with the heavy silence of the hotel room lulling you into a peaceful slumber.

Maybe it is a field rich with crops under a sky with a mosaic of purples, pinks, reds and orange colours as the sun dips into the horizon and welcomes the moon. You watch the gradual change in the sky's colour, the colours of the day (pink, red, orange, yellow, baby blue) clash with the faint tint of the colours of the night (violet, indigo, dark blue) as the sky begins to crown itself with sprinkles of stars. A cooling breeze weaves its way through the crops surrounding you, towering over you like nature's majestic stairways to Heaven, your skin is embraced by the refreshing feeling of the wind, your ears are serenaded by the calming whispers of the wind.

Or maybe it's not a scenery. Maybe it's a sound. A moving ballad, an instrumental tune or a meaningful  song. Maybe it's something you can touch, like a cute note your friend wrote for you, a present a loved one gave you, or the keyboard of your phone/laptop as you calm yourself down by chatting w someone precious to you online.

Peace can be found everywhere, which is really amazing. It can be found in the simplest of things or in the people in our lives, or even in our imagination.

I hope you guys find your peace today, and that it remains with you forever ♡
