*HAVEN'T PROOF READ*

On Friday, I was walking to my room, tossing grapes into my mouth when I heard my phone which was in my room. I walked towards my phone and answered my phone which had an unknown number. I brought the phone to my ear.

"Hello?"

"Hi, I'm kinda tryna complete my algebra homework here and it's not easy. Can you come over? Plus from what I've heard you're really smart in algebra" The person at the other end of the line -who had a loud, confident voice and sounded familiar said.- said.

"I'm sorry, but who are you?" I asked, although it was familiar, I couldn't recognize it.

I heard the person groan. "I'm Jeremina"

"Right" I said, "wait, how did you get my number?" I asked, curiously.

"Connections" she said, "Anyways, are you coming over?" She asked.

I liked being around these people, they were really fun to be friends with. When I sat with 'em on Monday for lunch, they were welcoming, but one thing was kinda off. The thing was that there were many seats and only four of us. I kept looking at the empty seats. I guess Jeremina got the hint, she said that they were all 'recovering' since it was and then again she was stopped by a glare given by Isaac. And then the following days, I was invited to sit with them for lunch and I did.

I turned towards the window and saw Isaac in the neighbor house, laying on his bed. Wait, he was the neighbor Hayden and Jayden were enemies with. Wow, this just goes on getting interesting. Isaac turned his head towards the window and saw me, I quickly turned away.

"Yes" I answered Jeremina.

Wait, did I just say that? I was about to say it's already seven and blah blah. Oh well, it's Friday and I have nothing better to do anyways.

I reached Jereminas house as the text stated where the place was. I looked at the house which was more like a ghost house. I would have expected the owner to be an old grandpa, but since my friend of five days, stated to come over at her so-called "house" and I say again as the text stated.

Let's just hope that she hasn't called me here to tell me this was all an act and that she would murder me here.

"What are you doing here?" someone from behind me asked which made me jump. I assumed this was the murderer.

I shrieked and turned around, finding myself in front of Isaac. He looked at me with his eyebrows raised.

"I was invited here by Jer" I answered, "she said she wanted help with homework"

He raised an eyebrow then raised his other eyebrow then raised both of them at the same time. I know, confusing.

"I know you people, don't seem like the studying type" I stated, "but people change right?" I said, smiling.

Suddenly, I heard a loud scream -more like a joyful one- then loud music.

I looked at the house and was pretty sure it was Jeremina. I opened the door to the house and walked in. The door making a creaking noise. I could feel Isaacs presence behind me.

"Are you sure-"

"I'm sure she isn't going to murder you here" he stated, nonchalantly.

"Fine" I mumbled and called out, "Jeremina?" although I was pretty sure she wouldn't hear me through the loud music.

Isaac stood next to me now and raised an eyebrow.

"I know she's not hearing me" I mumbled and started climbing the stairs. "Have you come here before?" I asked, curiously.

"Yeah, but she doesn't really stay in one room every time i'm here" He stated.

I nodded and continued, climbing the stairs. I looked at the door of every room as we passed them. Isaac grabbed my arm from behind me as we passed a room -probably harder than intended- which led to him falling down and me on top of him.

I heard the door open and craned my neck to look at who it was and saw Jeremina.

I gave her an awkward wave and mumbled, "hey" the answer wasn't a pleasant one though, "eww.. get a room guys" she said and shut the door close.

I hadn't moved from my position and internally face palmed. I looked up to see Isaac staring down at me with surprise. I could see his facial features better now, his perfect brown eyes-

STOP!

Okay, sorry. He raised an eyebrow, didn't he know my brain was having a civil war. I quickly got up and looked everywhere, but him.

He stood up and I looked at him while he looked at me, well this is awkward.

He looked at me. I looked at him.

Better break this awkward silence.

"I'm going to Jeremina"

"I'm going to go check where Chase is"

We both talked at the same time and turned and walked to where we wanted to go.
