Chapter 1: "You would kick there ass and hand it back to them in pieces."
What’s hell in a hand basket and full of annoyingly loud people with perfume and smells that make you loose your mind, make you homicidal, and want to make you pull your hair out at the beginning of the day?
Oh I know school, the thought crossed my mind as I saw two freshmen boys tossing a ball back and forth -making obscene gestures with their hands. Obviously if your basically a 7th grader or older you get where I'm going- laughing giving me the mother of all headaches.
I was sitting alone in the gym but just as I was about to go apeshit on those stupid boys, Val came in. Valerie walked into the gym and it was like I was seeing Jesus Christ, my savior. I was about to go homicidal.
Seriously pat on the back to me for my self- control.
Oh and we always had to wait here, in the gym, no matter what age we were. Mom says it is because of our age that they don’t let us sophomores wander the halls unsupervised so they buckle us down in the gym supervised like we are kindergartners for sure to get ourselves in trouble.
What the hell do they think we are going to do? Go for a quickie in the janitors closet?
We got much more security here then we did when I was in elementary. Hell, we probably get more security here then a super-max prison! Probably because this was a small town where there was no more than fifteen people to a class. But, its life and sometimes it is a pain in the ass.
“Hey Aubrey. What’s up?” Val asked finally reaching the top of the bleachers where our group sits alone where no one can bother us.
Seriously, people avoid us like the Bubonic Plague.
You think I'm kidding? I'm not.
Unfortunately though, we might hear a few ‘choice words’ coming up the bleachers to get to us. But in order to be in our group it’s: be an asshole but only half-ashole, full assholes aren't excepted. Each of us have jobs so we can use them in 'dire' circumstances.
The list of our jobs is quite simple here it is:
Valerie: Deceiver (may look cute on the outside but she can get whatever information out)
Lea: Brains (can know what she wants and can hurt you mentally but not physically) (3rd in command)
Me: Enforcer (hurts others with physical violence) (2nd in command) (and I'm usually the executioner)
Nina: Distraction (keeps people occupied while we do our work) (4th in command)
Kelsey: Tracker (finds people)
Rachelle: Electronics (helps locate people and has hacking abilities)
Tina: Leader (keeps others in line and others take orders from)
Even though Tina is the leader she usually lets me be in charge because I have a protective streak, cross it and you will be facing me. Me who lifts 50 pound weights to keep my body in shape, me who named my .44 gun Mindy, me the executioner.
Now after that cheeriness......
“Earth to Aubrey do you read me?” Val asks waving her hand in my face.
In our group we try to act normal and 'sort of respect' (notice the quotes) the popular kids or what we would call them the Sporty’s. They are all for the sports. Basically in this school if you aren’t in a sport you aren’t really worth being noticed.
