Chapter 20: Have fun rotting in hell

As I sit here and I write you guys this I realize how grateful I am. I love you guys for reading and commenting and you guys are just absolutely wonderful. I am so glad I got to write this because its brought me to all of you. And you guys are my motivation to write and I want you to know that I am ever so grateful toward all of you.

Chapter 20: "Have fun rotting in hell."

I wake up to the smell of bacon.

Damn could I get used I this.

I shuffle my way into the kitchen to see Foster at the stove.

"Thank you Lord Jesus," I say under my breath.

"Oh, Aubrey your awake," she says, "I heard that wolves eat a lot so I made a lot."

"Doc I think I'm in love with you," I tell her looking at the food.

She smiled kindly and said, "To my friends I'm Karen."

I smiled and nodded, "Karen."

She smiled back and then turned around to attend to the food.

"If you wouldn't mind I really would like you girls to stay here," she said turning to me, "Especially you."

"Why?" I asked curiously.

"My daughter needed to be a werewolf to be able to take the drug they gave her."

Then it clicked.

Her daughter was bitten.

And survived.

"Your daughter is very strong."

She smiled and said, "Damn she is."

"Takes after her mother," I said inclining my head toward Karen.

She smiled and said, "But when Maya reaches puberty she will start shifting. I can't really help her with that. and if someone comes after her...."

Oh.

I nodded my head quickly, "I'll stay."

Just then Maya bounced out of her room.

"Mommy, Mommy look!"

She showed her mom a tooth that was wiggly in the front if her mouth.

I smiled at the cuteness of it. I definitely was not going to leave her.

"Your first wiggly tooth! The Tooth Fairy is going to have to visit soon!" Karen exclaimed.

I smiled and walked into the guest room where we all slept.

I banged on the wall and said, "Rise and Shine we got a big day!"

They all quickly rolled off the bed and toward the door.

They all sat down at the breakfast table and ate.

We ate until we were full and got ready.

Once done getting ready we all filed into the two cars.

It took a good 2 hours to get back to The Compound.

We grabbed the phone in the guard booth which were not occupied by any guards and dialed '911'

"911 How may I help you," a soothing female voice came on the line.

"I need a unit to my location," I said.

"And who may this be," the woman asked.

I smiled and said, "The Group."
