I sighed and read the formula again. I had my book in one hand while the other was in my pocket as I rushed through the crowd of the annoying humans. Teenagers. I walked towards my class and bumped into someone. I regained my balance in a second while the other person crashed onto the floor. I looked up from my book only to find Mandy on the floor.

"CAN'T YOU SEE?!" she shrieked out. I shrugged and walked past her. Come on I may disguise myself as a normal person but that doesn't mean I disguise myself as the nerd of the school.That's too cliche because in the end a popular guy falls for her so does she blah blah blah shit. 

I took a seat at the back corner, soon falling asleep.

My life is broken. I am broken. You see my parents don't care about me, I have a troubled past, I have been.... broken. I guess that's all you need to know about me.

I woke up and looked up to find the teacher scolding the jocks. Miss Lin. She taught us Maths. This stuff is too easy for me. I mean come on. Just kidding I was bored once so I had already done this chapter. Hehehe..

"Eva! Answer this question please" She smirked while asking me. All the eyes turned to me as I leaned back in my seat crossing my arms over my chest.

"Just move the x to the other side and take a root of it all" I said it with a bored voice and looked outside on the last words. I yawned as Miss Lin cursed under her breathe. My phone buzzed as I took it out and read the message.

"Time to work it champ" A smile crept on my lips as I read the message from my manager/best friend. Lilith. I got up and walked towards the door only to be stopped by Miss Lin.

"Where do you think you're going young lady?" I held up three fingers while still facing the door. Then two and then one. The bell rang on cue as I smirked and walked outside. I may pretend I'm not a fighter here but I'm still the same person and have the same reputation at school.

I jogged towards the door and pulled up my hood. I called Lilith.

"yo Lilly" I jogged towards my car. A simple honda. No, I'm not filthy rich. I can barely afford school fee and I don't follow that a bad girl gotta have a bad car right? Okay that was cringey. *shudders*

"Heya bone head. Get at the ring I got you two fights. They have pretty high bets so I had to get you outta the school." Lilith was the same as my age. We knew eachother since forever. I was the tomboy while she was the Girley diva. Match made in heaven eh? But she knew about the fighting as much as I did. We both were brains and the stealth (she was lesser WAAY lesser)

"Be right there. Who are they?" I started the car and drove out of the parking lot.

"Skull eater and this guy called W."

"Skull eater is super easy. His defence sucks and so does his offence so approximately this one will take about 7 minutes" Lily chuckled.

"W is good he works on his speed with his punches" Lily replied.

"Okay I'll keep that in mind bye! I'll see you there" I hung up the phone, changed the gear and sped towards the ring.

I wore a black t-shirt with some same shorts. After tying up my laces I wore my mask. It was a skull mask which covered my whole face. You know the type of robbers wear? That type with a skull drawn on it.

"Hybrid ya ready?" Lily shrieked by my side making me slap my hands on my ears. She chuckled.

"Go get him tiger" Lily cheered as I opened the double doors. Cheers erupted through the place. The smell of smoke, sweat and alcohol hit my nose hard. The room had a ring in between while it was a big hall. I jumped on the ring as Mathew yelled through the mic.
