"Uh you see.. There was this birdy" Lily's eyes landed on Ajax as a smirk grew on her lips. Her eyes jumping in between Adam and Ajax. River looked as if he was holding in a laughter. 

"Let's leave the girls to it" Ajax cleared his throat not before shooting Lily a pointed look and mouthing 'don't even'. With that the guys left me and Lily alone. Lily burst out laughing as I just stared at her. 

"Okay so" She put a hand on her mouth and looked down while swallowing and taking in a breath. She removed her hand and looked at me with a smile. "You were out for two days. I didn't go home or anything so I got to explore the place. I was roaming around until I got to Adam's office. I heard some yelling and" She chuckled and continued. 

"I eaves dropped to only know that this happened: Ajax was inside with Adam and yelling at him to just take you in 9-4. Adam refused but then cracked and gave up. So Ajax was about to leave he said 'yeah her and Lily would be a good asset' And trust me he wanted to like you know say it aloud in front of Adam" She said the 'asset' thing in a epicly failing manly type manner. I nodded along. 

"So Adam went all cat shit on how I was an asset. Then Ajax blasted again about how oh-so-amazing I am making Adam crack again and take me in too." She was grinning like an idiot. She adjusted herself infront of me with her legs crossed and facing me. 

"Here comes the best part" She said while opening her fingers apart. "So Ajax is done and sits down on the chair all his the my-actions-speak cool way and is all cool and says 'so you do know you are giving them a house together right' Adam goes bat shit this time but Ajax this time" She burst out laughing. "Held his collar- and and... BUAHAHAHA Adam's face was so p-priceless and and." I rolled my eyes while smiling as she laughed. "Ajax was all snappy and whispered 'you better get them a house' and walked out." 

"So.." She clasped her hands together as her eyes brimmed with tears. I furrowed my brows and my hand shot up slightly holding her cheek. 

"Why are you crying?" My voice was croaked. I cleared my throat as she shook her head while smiling and wiping her tears. 

"I get to stay with you! Dad and Cal are going to Alaska and we will meet over holidays and shit but they are family even if you try you can't forget them but best friends... they sometimes get forgotten and I-I don't want to happen to us" Her voice cracked. I jumped at her and hugged her. This made me so happy. Lily isn't leaving. Lily won''t leave me. I pulled away and smiled widely at her.

"Okay slow down" River muttered while staring at me. We had ordered pizza and I literally ate 2 large boxes all by myself. Lily chuckled as Ajax was the least interested. Everybody went on to talk about how they were worried about me and stuff as my eyes roamed on Ajax's face. He had these soft brown eyes. Even if he seemed cold and un-reachable sometimes his eyes betrayed him showing his softness. But damn this boy was good in covering himself up and his emotions. He shows these different sides. Playful, cold, nerdy and this normal one. Usually I've seen the cold one. 

Then my next target of roaming was River. His blue eyes were deep yet so young and wild. He knew how to show his emotions. He has just this lively aura around him and a brotherly figure. Well for me, to Lily he is all lovey dovey. But besides that I just feel like, I know it's weird, but this weird pull towards him. It's weird but I know it is strong and every time we talk and get to know eachother it gets more stronger. 

I have a feeling that these guys will change my life forever. 

"HOLY!- Lily did you check on mom and dad?!" I cursed as I looked at her. Her eyes went wide as she looked at me.
