Chapter 3 The beginning of a new life

Oliver lay peacefully next to Felicity with his arms wrapped around her as the morning light came out to greet them, Oliver turned around and faced Felicity and said, happily so what are you going to do for the rest of the day? Felicity looked at Oliver and smiled well I am going to be be boss of a million dollar company so it will be my first day as boss today so I better be on time,Oliver looked at her with a big smile and hugged her and said I am so proud of you and then he climbed out of bed and got dressed and went to work, he stepped into the mayor office and sat down at his desk and went through some mayoral papers and signed some documents and then began to write out some things in his diary that he needed to remember, then Felicity walked into the room all happy and bubbly with two coffees in her hand walking carefully so she didn't spill them, she walked over to Oliver and said good morning Mr Queen here is your coffee, Oliver looked up and smiled and said thank you so much Mrs Queen, your very welcome said Felicity with a loving smile and said I have to go to work now I will see you later, babe okay babe answered Oliver, and went back to his work as mayor trying to make the city a better place, he tried his best to be a good mayor but it was difficult being the arrow as too and trying to control the crime in star city now there was a bad villain in the city from Oliver's past and Felicity had told him that he was making weapons out of old arrows from other cases but he still didn't know he identity he tried not to think about it but he couldn't stop because he was so worried that Prometheus would come after the team, he so wanted to find this vigilante and end him for good because he cared about his team especially Felicity he wanted to keep her safe and he would do anything to save her because he loved her and he would always care about her then he finished up with what he was doing and packed up his mayor papers and locked up his office and went to the arrow bunker where Felicity was sitting down at the computer trying to run down a lead on Prometheus and Oliver came over and put his hands on her back and said hey honey what have you found out?Felicity answered happily I have a location he is on 5th avenue wow that was fast honey I am so proud of you thanks honey and he went over to where his suit was hanging and suited up he also called Spartan to help cause Oliver needed all the help he could get to take this bad guy down that had killed heaps of people and make star city a safe place once and for all
