A/N: I, obviously, don't own any characters mentioned in this story apart from Isabelle Winchester! This is set in Season One, before all the real shit starts! Mainly because this is just a one shot, and it would probably take a whole story to set it in Season 6 or something and explain her whole story. It's bad enough doing it up to Season One! So yeah, let's get started! This isn't romantic, I just thought it'd be cute.

I don't know much about my mom. She died when I was exactly 6 months old. Me and my brothers were told it was a house fire, until I was about 8, when I finally learned the truth. You see, there are things that go bump in the night, and there are things that hide under your bed, or in your closet. But enough about that, I'm being rude. I haven't introduced myself. Nice to meetcha. I'm Isabelle, Isabelle Winchester. I'm a hunter.
"Dean... I don't know if this is a good idea or not." I bit my lip, looking at my older brother.
"Yeah, well we don't have much of a choice, Iz. You got a better idea? 'Cause I'd sure as hell love to hear it." His tone was hard. I sighed.
"No..."
"Well then, we're going. And-"
"I know, I know, get my damn feet off your dashboard." I removed my sneaker-clad feet from the car's interior, which made an excellent foot rest. I bit my lip again, it was a bad habit, one I'd yet to grow out of. I couldn't help it, I was nervous. Very nervous. I hadn't seen him in years, since he walked out the door yelling. Dad told him not to come back. Which is exactly why Dean is dragging my ass down to Stanford to get him. Dad's usually not gone for longer than a day or two, but it's been almost a week. So, me and Dean are going to find him. But we can't do it by ourselves, we need him. Whether he wants to join us or not.
"Stay in the car." Dean said as he jumped out.
"What?! No!" I tried to argue but Dean only sighed and locked me in.
"Stay in the car." He repeated through the glass. I flipped him off as he walked away, only getting laughed at in response. I rolled my eyes. Sometimes he treated me like a little kid. I get it, he's my older brother, he's going to be protective, especially when there are a lot of things out there to be protected from, but I'm 22 for crying out loud! I can defend myself. But oh no, wittle baby Isabelle must not get in the way of harm. It's a wonder I haven't wasted him sometimes. I sighed, and began humming, tapping a tune on the dashboard, when I noticed something. A paperclip, under the seat. I snorted, either Dean's an idiot or I'm just lucky. I'm going with the first option. But it didn't matter, I was soon out of there, grinning at my triumph. Just then, I heard voices. I tensed, ready to grab a weapon, when I recognized them as my brothers'. Dean came down first, followed by my twin, 6 minutes older than me. They were arguing, typically.
"Sheesh, guys! Can't you quit it for like five minutes?! We haven't been here half an hour and you're already at each other's throats!" I exclaimed, leaning against the hood.
"What?! You brought Izzy?!"
"Nice to see you too, Sammy." I rolled my eyes, pushing myself off of the black Chevrolet Impala. "Now c'mon, we got work to do."
We eventually got Sam to come with us, and we were on the road. Of course, I now took the back seat. "Wait, so... since when do you hunt?!" Sam swiveled around and looked at me.
"Since you packed your ass off to college. Dad and Dean needed someone else to fill your shoes, and that's where I came in." I explained. Sure, it'd been hard at first, but these four years hadn't been too bad. Of course, I knew it all existed, and Dad still made sure I could handle a gun, but he didn't train me like he did my brothers. Sam then turned to look at our brother.
