Dear Doctor,
Happy New Year! I left my journal here over the break. Mom wanted to go somewhere for New Years. She decided that we would go up to London for the celebration. Martha and Micky were there. It made me really happy to see them. They got married! I've never met Micky but I know hes nice. I remember you telling me about how he was like Roses pet. That was funny. You know what they said, they told me the last time they saw you you looked like you were going to die. They haven't seen you since that, are you okay? Where are you Doctor?
Oh, my paper on The Lost Moon of Poosh got my grade form a D to a B! She said that I sounded like I had been there. That made me laugh, oh I was so happy. You know what; I'm really happy Doctor I am. If you were here I would be happier but I'm still happy. You want to know why? Well every time I'm sad I remember that one day you will come back, and you and I will be together. That's what keeps me happy.
I was thinking about when I was little. I do that a lot. Anyway, I was thinking about why you came to me. You use to say that you came to me because you wanted to check if I was turning into my father. I didn't believe that when I was little. I still don't. I think you met me in the future in some different way and then you came back and changed my life. Is that what you do when I'm not there? Do you go to the past and watch me? I wouldn't mind that. I just wish you would come and see me. I miss you, but you know that don't you. It's like what you always use to say "The future can be changed".
Are you going to get me a present? You do remember my birthday is in a few months? Do you know what I want? I'll tell you.
I want you, I want you to come and take me away.
