I sat down on the bed in Matty's hotel room, kicking off my heels. I watched Matty as he moved things around. Juniper was hot on his heels, following his every move. Guilt struck my heart watching the pair. They were so alike and it was my fault they had been apart. I closed my eyes as I listened to their conversation.

Matty's POV

I loved hearing the little pitter pat of baby docs on the floor behind me.

"Hey June?"

"Dad?"

"Can you hold this for me, love?"

"Okay daddy."

I handed her a small bag. It was things I had bought for her throughout tour, in hopes that when we returned I would be able to find her. I crouched down to her level and looked into her curious, innocent blue eyes.

"These are gifts for you. You can open them with mom later, okay?"

"Oh thank you so much Daddy."

I pushed her long brown curls out of her face, being careful that my callused fingers didn't scratch her soft skin.

"Did mom tell you stories about me? Is that how you remember me?"

"Mhmm. Mom tells me your stories all the time. And you sing to me every night."

"I sing to you?"

"Yeah on the spinny thing. Momma gets mad if I move it cause it makes a scratchy noise."

"What song do I sing to you, baby?"

I stood up to see Jasper, asleep on my bed. I chuckled to myself; she could use the night off anyways.

"Everybody's dead! Everybody's dead!" Juniper giggled grabbing my legs.

"I'll sing it to you tonight, I promise. Do you want to go meet your uncles?"

"Like Uncle George and Uncle Adam and Uncle Ross?" Juniper said, squishing her face together with her hands. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Yeah, baby. Those uncles."

I quickly scribbled a note to Jasper, in case she woke up before we were back.

"Let's go!" She giggled, pulling on my hand. The hotel door shut behind me as Juniper took off down the hall.

"Hey, June!" I called after her as she ran passed their doors. "Right here, love!" She came sprinting back and I told her to knock on the door.

"Mate, I told you I'm going to sl—"

"UNCLE GEORGIE!"

Juniper squealed, hugging onto his calves.

"I told you she was here." I sighed, pushing my hair back. George just shook his head before picking her up. She grinned at me before turning her attention back to George.

"Your hair is different than mine." She giggled, playing with a strand before looking at his tattoos. "These are so beautiful Uncle Georgie." I couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright let's go see the others, give Uncle George a kiss goodnight, June."

She pouted for a moment before kissing him on the cheek, then reaching out for me.

"See you in the morning, Matt." George said, giving me a smile that told me he knew I was finally happy. I took Juniper into my arms before heading a few doors down to see Adam and Ross.

"Who do we have here? Ross, we have a visitor." Adam grinned, opening the door.

"If it's another fan, I swear to god."

"Hi!" Juniper shouted.

"Well, hello sweetheart. Come on in." Ross laughed as June pushed her way into Hann's room.

"Another fan, eh?" I asked. Hann nodded, "Yeah. Ross thought it was room service and opened the door to see a few girls trying to get into his room." I shook my head.

"Girls are crazy. Love them, but entirely mental."

"Yeah, he's crashing here for now."

I nodded. I could only focus on Juniper and how happy she was. She sat on Ross's lap, playing with his beard. This was what I wanted and I wished I had been able to share my life with her sooner.

"Matty, you should probably get her to bed. It's almost midnight." Ross sighed as Juniper slowly was falling asleep on the bed.

"Shit. You're right. June? Say goodnight. It's bedtime."

A small whisper of, "Goodnight Uncle Ross and Uncle Adam." Left her lips as I scooped her small body up.

Walking down the hall, she quietly asked me, "Daddy? Will you sing to me now?"

"Once we get into bed, okay?"

She nodded and let out a soft yawn.

I suppose I never realized how difficult being a parent as, especially if Jasper had been doing this by herself. I wanted to go to bed too, but I had to worry about another person before I could.

"You're going to have to wear one of my shirts, okay?" I whispered to a half-asleep Juniper. I took off her little shoes, grinning as I set them next to mine. I slipped her dress off, smiling at her little moles that I also had, then slid an old back band shirt—my band of course—over her head. I quickly stripped out of my clothes deciding to go shirtless and just a pair of joggers.

"Ready to sleep?"

"Please, daddy. Will you please sing to me?"

My face was hurting from smiling, I pulled back the sheets. I watched as Juniper shifted in bed, getting comfortable. I left the bathroom light on—just in case but turned off the rest of the lights. Sliding into bed next to Juniper, she snuggled up close to me.

I looked over to see my two girls in bed with me and my heart skipped a beat. I was finally feeling complete. "Daddy?" Her small whisper broke me from my trance.

"She had a face straight out of a magazine..."
