Chapter Seven: Protective Maxon

I wake up on a hospital bed and machines that I'm hooked up to, I also have an oxygen mask on. I take off the oxygen mask and take out all the cords that are connected to machines out of me. I stand up and walk to the bathroom and take a shower. I walk out and there I see Maxon and Dr.Ashlar with their arms crossed in front of them. I try to go around them but Maxon blocks me from moving, so he picks me up and puts me on my hospital bed "You weren't supposed to get out of bed!" Said Dr.Ashlar. I looked at him with sadness in my eyes. I walked out of the hospital wing after one of the nurses checked to see if I was ready to go. I was also put on bed rest. Maxon picked me up and started walking down the hall to our room "You know Maxon I can walk" "But it's more fun this way" He said while smiling.

------Time skip (one-two hours)------

I try to walk out of bed when a pair of strong arms pull me back to the bed "Where do you think your going my dear?" " I was just going to take a shower" "Okay then I'll help" "Maxon I don't need-" "Nope. Doctors orders!" He grabbed me and brought me to the shower and started washing my hair"

------Time skip (one week later)------

I done with bed rest but Maxon won't leave my side I keep telling him that I'm fine but doesn't listen to me. Sometimes I manage to get some alone time but its only for like a minute. I am also ready to go lock me in a bathroom so I can get some alone time.

I walk back to our room and tell Maxon that I have to go to the bathroom. I go to the bathroom and start throwing up everything that I ate into the toilet. I felt someone hold my hair back and rub my back. Maxon. Maxon hands me a glass of water and I drink it. "Are you okay honey?" "I'll be fine, you go to your meeting and I will see you later.

After two minutes I go to the hospital wing. I talk to the nurse "Hey. Can I see Dr.Ashlar?" "Of course your Majesty!". After about a minute Dr.Ashlar comes "Are you okay?" "Well I had just thrown up like four minutes ago and I was wondering if you could do an ultra sound for me?" "Of course". He brings me to a bed and puts this cold jell on my stomach and moves this stick thingy on the jell. "Yep. You have two babies in there!" "Two!" "Yes. Would you like for us to tell King Maxon?" "No I want it to be a surprise!". After that I head back to our room and take a nap.
