Im at the end of my junior year and im so excited. The wnba wants meeee! Ron is in the nfl and won mvp and Skylar is in the WNBA , and Trey is in the NBA. Now that Ron is in the NFL, he has had more time, so he is down here like every three weeks.

After my biggest game of the season, the coach of the Chicago city reign, a WNBA team, came over and told me she was interested in having me on her team. I was really happy.

Coah tina:" hi. You must be daija rose"

Me:" yes.... yes i am. You....you are Tina baredshaw. "

Tina:" yes i am, congratulations on the championship win"

Me:" thank you so much" i said shaking her hand

Tina: " i want you to be with the Chicago city reign since now i know you are going into the wnba"

Me:" ma'am, i want to be right back at home too but with all do respect, i have to keep other teams in consideration, especially since i don't pick my own team"

Tina:"hmm. You are very right. But just to let you know, we do have the first pick"

Me:" you do?"

Tina:" yes we do"

Me:" thats great"

Tina:" i look forward to seeing you this season"

Me:" i look forward to seeing you too "

With that she shook my hand, and walked away. I saw ron and ran towards him and jumped, and he caught me.

Ron:" hey baby"

Me:" hey"

Ron:"congratulations "

Me: " thank you " i said kissing him

Ron:"so after you get all the interviews and autographs done, you wanna go to my place?"

Me:" yea, and we in Chiacgo so you know people gone want to fuck shit up" we laughed really hard. We were weakkk.

Ron:" ok ill see you at home" he said kissing me

Me:" okay baby" i said into his lips

Ron:" ight, see you later"

Me:" byee" i said smiling

Ron:" bye" he said laughing and kissing me

I walked over to skylar and shane. I missed them so much.

Sky:"what it do boo boo". She said laughing and hugging me

Me:"heeeyyy" i said laughing

Shane:"hey shawty" he said laughing too. He always called me short cause im the youngest out of all of them and the shortest. Even though skylar is inly an inch taller than me.

Me:" hey big head" i said hugging

I turned around and reporters,cameras, and flashing lights were surrounding me. I felt closed in.

Reporters:" daija..daija...daijaa... are you going to the wnba... how do you feel about leaving uconn?"

So many questions. But i had answers for all of them. Then a security guard came and pushed them back.

Me:" thanks"

Guard:" no problem, would you like them to line up, or tell them to wait until they go to the press confrence"

Me:" wait until the press conference"

Guard:" ok" " back it up, back up, if you want an interview you gotta wait until the confrence"

The reporters walked away to the press room.
