Chapter 19- Connie

Joeys POV

I got to leave the hospital about an hour ago so now me and Meghan decided to go back to Sawyer and I's house for a little.

"Okay how about this. Towards the end of the pregnancy, we do this." Meghan said turning her laptop to me. It was a video called 'Connie's Gender Reveal'. They poured pink stuff all over the woman and her family, indicating they were having a girl.

"They're a group called What's Up Moms and this mom just passed away. I figured we could do this in her honor, but not until it guess around 30 weeks. Would that be fun?"

"Sure!" I agree almost instantly, because unlike Meghan, I actually really want to know. I don't even know what gender I want it to be but I have pros and cons for each.

If it's a boy, I don't want him ending up like me in school, 'feminine', and getting bullied for it, but on the good side, he'll have my sexy looks as my subscribers call it.

But if it's a girl, we're gonna have to deal with the 'fangirl phases'. When she obsesses over every band and celebrity there is. Although that isn't necessarily a bad thing, I mean everyone has something that they can't let go of. A good thing if it's a girl, is that I'll have my own beautiful chickadeeanya. And she'd be just as stunning and cute as Meghan.

"So next subject. The proposal. When should we post a video of it? And where should we go?" Meghan put her head on my shoulder and spoke in a sweet tone.

"How about those white poles that we filmed 'Oh Darling' at? I think that would be pretty romantic." Meghan put her head on my shoulder and spoke in a sweet tone.

"Alright. Lets go." I stood up and grabbed my keys.

"Now? We just got home?"

"Why not!" I feel so excited. Just the thought of finally being able to marry the love of my life makes me wanna cry.

At the White Poles

Still Joeys POV

"Hey guys this is kind of an update vlog I guess, to tell you guys everything that has happened it the past 3 weeks." Me and Meghan were sitting on the ground leaning on one of the poles, holding hands.

"The night that Meghan and Jimmy broke up, I comforted Meghan. That led to some obvious things," I looked down at the baby. "Now, We found out that Meghan and I are going to be proud parents of a health baby. Also, David and Sasha are having babies. Although Sasha or the babies are doing too good, so if you could send them some love that'd be great. Also, me and Meghan decided not to reveal the gender until 30 weeks. We're at week 18 now." I let Meghan take over about the reveal plan.

"In honor of Connie from What's Up Moms on Youtube, we are going to do the same thing Elle did for Connie."

I continued on, now about the proposal. "Now for the last thing. I want you all to know that me and Meghan both want the best for this baby. And since the first time I saw Meghan I loved her. I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. You are everything I will ever need in life, adorable, loving, compassionate. You are perfect." Here's where I will surprise Meghan. I reach down into my pocket and pull out a beautiful ring. It's gem is the same color as her eyes.

"Meghan Camarena, will you marry me?"

Meghan's POV

I gasp at the sight of the ring. It is gorgeous. I thought we were just going to wait to get a ring but clearly Joey surprised me.

"Yes! Oh my god yes!" Even knowing it was coming, it still felt wonderful. Knowing that Joey loves me, I love him and we both can have a wonderful life together.

Joey posted the video without editing it and immediately our twitters and every thing else sky rocketed with notifications. But all me and Joey could think about was each other,watching the stars dance slowly together. even with no music.

Hey guys! For me this was actually a pretty sad chapter to write. Connie died right before thanksgiving. Her channel is called What's up Moms if you'd like to give them some encouraging words. Connie left behind a husband, her loving toddler Nathan and her newborn daughter Ella. Even though I'm not a mother, I still watched their videos for a long time now, mainly because I thought all their perspectives on everything were helpful and cute.
