Who's the better cook? Alex. Jack can cook, just not as well as the other. Plus, he's too lazy to most of the time, so he'd rather eat microwaveable stuff or junk food.

Who remembers their anniversaries? Alex.
Their favorite thing to do together (besides sex)? Touring, playing video games, and writing music
Who's more responsible in the relationship? Definitely Alex
How they would get engaged: Jack would probably do something really dumb/cheesy and/or obnoxious in public and Alex would just face palm and laugh and Jack would get all excited when Alex nods, still covering his face which is bright red from pure embarrassment. Jack just whoops and picks up Alex and spins him around before putting the engagement ring on his finger and then they'd go to a bar or a restaurant or something to celebrate.
What their wedding would be like: A huge party with hundreds of people including their families, friends, friends families, friends friends, and just band/crew members that they've toured with. Lots of alcohol and and dancing and Alex sings "The Edge of Tonight" and p much everyone gets emotional.
