Chapter 28

He leaned against the door frame and pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose.

"My name is Loki. My friends call me Leo." He took out a hand for me to shake. I slowly took it and shook his hand.

"My name is Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia." I gave him a forced smile which he returned with a smile.

We intertwined our arms and he walked me down the hall, doenstairs, and to the lounge where my father waited. He put on a fake smile once he saw our faces.

"You two are perfect together." He complimented. I felt Leo tense up then relax. He doesn't like this who forced marriage either does he?

"I already have the whole wedding planned out. It seems you need to try wedding cake flavors. Also Lucy needs to pick a wedding dress." He said as if going off a list.

"Well it's late and you both have already eaten so go on to bed. Lucy will pick her dress out in the morning."

Truth is I haven't eaten. But he wasn't about to say that in front of Leo who probably are a feast.

"Goodnight, father." I pulled away from Leo and walked down the hallway when Leo spoke up.

"I guess we'll have to sleep together." He wiggled his eyebrows and I smirked.

"In your dreams." I smiled and walked towards the stairs.

"You're the only thing I dream about." He winked and I groaned. Oh god. I walked into my room and ahut the door.

That was so awkward.

I remembered how Leo grew tense. Is he in love with someone else. Am I ruining this for him and this woman? I felt guilt rise up and I just fell into my bed. I didn't care much for changing into pajamas do I pulled my hair out of the bun and fell asleep.
