K2, Megan, and Tommy walked up to the stage, representing Chopticon's first science club. A man in a bow tie handed Megan and Tommy a huge check, then gave a trophy and envelope to K2.
"May I have a round of applause for this years SCIENCE OF AMERICA, CHAMPIONS!" The man yelled to the audience.
K2 held up the trophy over her head towards the audience, (how cliché) and jumped on the stage. The bow tied man ushered the three off the stage and into a back room where the rest of the club was.
"We won?" Julia called out.
"WE WON BITCHES!" Megan yelled waving the twenty thousand dollar check around.
The room erupted in cheers everyone screaming and dancing, not taking notice of what K2 was doing.
"Y'all!" K2 interrupted the cheers,
"We won a trip to Bermuda!" She held the letter up in the air and handed out plane tickets.
They all rushed around K2 to read what the letter said.
"WE WON A TRIP TO BERMUDA BITCHES!" Megan screamed. (Right in K2's ear js)
"Honestly, science club is the best thing in my life right now. Like theatre never gave me a vacation before." Austin said, eating a lunchables cheese pizza.
"Let's all agree science club was the best thing to happen to us." Hannah said.
Saying goodbye to their parents was the hardest and easiest things that the science club ever had to do. (It was hard because they wouldn't shut up am I right)
But eventually everyone made it on the plane and in their seats. A fasten seatbelt sign came on and everything was going perfectly.
But, not even two minutes had passed when...
"Megannnn" Austin whined,
"Come sit by meeeee!"
"Shut up Austin. Why don't you go sit with your theatre friends, oh wait they aren't here to save you!" Megan said proudly.
"Oh good one Megan! How did you ever think of that!" K2 said, (very seriously) from behind Austins seat.
"You know I don't even know why i'm friends with you guys. You are so rude Austin." Megan huffed.
"I was being nice!" Austin said leaning towards Megan.
"I was being nice!" Megan mimicked.
The two continued to fight, causing the people who were smart enough to bring earbuds to put them in. Unfortunately K2 forgot hers.
This is going to be a long flight
K2 thought.
